We have been to all the local furniture shops in the area and this has been the best experience of them all. Terry was extremely helpful and friendly without putting us under any pressure and we were pleased to order the furniture we wanted.

Came to the Chester store and was able to walk around hasslefree and when we did need advice Callum came and spoke to us. He was very knowledgeable on the products he was selling and when we decided to order a sofa he was more than helpful very clear and telling us everything that we needed to know. I was highly recommend this store I thought Callum was brilliant.

Helen Conduct was very helpful and advised us very professionally to allow us to reach the right decision.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful without any sale pressure. We delt with Callum who was excellent, extremely efficient and friendly. The manager was also really good too , allowing us into the store a little before official opening time when he spotted us waiting at the door . We done Furnature Village Chester , we will return .👍🌟

We were on the lookout for a extending dining table with 6 chairs. We found the perfect one and in a flash Deborah was there she was so lovely taking to our girls and making us feel comfortable. Her care, advise and attention was fantastic. Only downside is waiting 10 weeks for the delivery and build. Thank you!!!!

Excellent quality and outstanding customer service

After visiting and comparing several other furniture retailers we chose Chester Furniture Village and were really impressed with both the quality of their products and the value for money. The quality was noticeably better than many of the competitors we looked at while the prices were virtually the same.

If Carlsberg made sales staff they’d model them on Jonny, the Store Manager and Callum, who looked after us. They introduced themselves when we arrived and then gave us the freedom to browse without any pressure, which made such a refreshing change.

When we did have questions their product knowledge was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and clearly knew their products inside out which made choosing and purchasing our new king-size bed incredibly easy.

A great range of quality furniture, excellent value and  most importantly, fantastic staff. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Chester Furniture Village again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and a first-class shopping experience

Good afternoon paige hope your ok and i am just letting you know that i have had my 2 items of bedroom furniture replaced yesterday afternoon st 22 hartly place ellesmere port . I saw the damage to both the wardrobe & the bedside cabinet but the chest of draws was in good condition . They rang in the morning to confirm a delivery slot . But did not contact us in the afternoon to let us know. As i was already there . And i know you had a visit from my sister in law and her husband last week. Delivery was excellent we were kept informed of delivery time and installation was excellent

There was no pressure into buying and the sales agent was very good. We did not buy then and there as we had to make sure the furniture would fit our small living room so went home to measure up. Called the agent and said we would be in the next day as we wanted to look at the settee and chair again and wanted to check the colour swatches.
Terry Dowdeswell the sales agent from the Chester branch was very knowledgeable when we asked questions and we were very pleased with the service we received.

Paul at the Chester branch was immensely helpful. He researched and found online exactly what we were looking for and negotiated a discount on delivery cost. Very pleasant to deal with along with the other friendly staff in this branch.

We have bought at Furniture Village before so it was our go to place for a new dining table & chairs.
Debbie Jeffs looked after us from start to finish explaining sizes & prices gave us space to make our decision.
