Shocking company We purchased expensive marble dining table and chairs and after six years the marble has exploded. FV are not willing to deal with the matter, they are truly dispicable company

We were able to look around the store in peace. When we found the furniture of interest we were given good knowledge of the furniture. I was able to mix and match recliner chairs with a sofa and have them all made in the same material. Derek who served us moved a chair from one end of the shop to the sofa of my choice so I could see how they would looked together. The ordering process was made clear. A very good buying experience was had.

Excellent customer care from beginning to end. From Chris in store excellent sales guy, very attentive and answered every question we asked, made the sale very easy to the delivery guys, very polite and made sure everything went smoothly, would recommend this company, especially the Farnborough branch. Derek was great. Was upfront and honest about faults with the clearance furniture, and walked us through everything we needed to know to look after our new couches. He was available for questions but not pushy or too in our faces while we were browsing. Overall, very happy with the service we received.

Visited the Furniture Village store in Farnborough this weekend and have ordered a bed, wardrobe, dining table and chairs. We were very well looked after by salesman Chris who was very professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful. Timely delivery. Those who brought the items and fitted them in my property were very cautious not to damage any part of the property. They were also risk-conscious in that someone needed to be around throughout their delivery and installation time. They also took away their cardboards (which came with the furniture) and it saved me the headache of disposing these waste cardboards. I’ll always patronise Furniture Village products.
