Very Polite, on time, tidy, very good

Our home delivery specialists Richard and Alex were brilliant from start to finish. They arrived on time, kept us updated with their ETA, and were really friendly and professional throughout. They assembled our Moreno corner sofa so quickly, and everything was done with great care. Really happy with the service – thank you both!

There were no pushy sales people and we were left to browse around on our own. Unlike another store where we were followed around the entire time we were in it!
The sales person was helpful and explained the difference options. This was at the beginning of May 2026.

The delivery guys James and Dan were great. They put the sofas exactly where we wanted them, they checked that everything worked and were respectful and polite.

My visit to the store was very pleasant. I was allowed to look round after being greeted by Austin and receiving some initial help but there was no pressure selling. When I was ready to confirm my choice I was guided through the order process and advice give about care of order after delivery. Following my order I was always kept informed about progress. Delivery and set up by Richard and Darren was on time , friendly and efficient. My new sofa looks great.
