Extremely polite drivers .
Richard and Andy arrived in the time I’d been notified and gave me hints on how to move the packages once the room I was decorating was finished .
Excellent service

Good communication from Furniture Village and a courtesy from the delivery team of how soon the delivery would be made.
When I purchased the sofa in store I left clear instructions that my flat was on the second floor and that the arm rests needed to be removed in order to carry the sofa upstairs. Unfortunately these were not passed on to the delivery team
Richard and Darren took this in their side and disassembled the sofa on the pavement outside and soon had the sofa in its new place reassembled.

Staff were nice, both in-store and for delivery. There was an impressive selection of very nice products with lots of different accomodations in offer. Delivery staff were also very quick and helpful.

Efficient, friendly, absolutely knew what they were doing. Quick, tidy, clean and good to know.

Came on time and carried the furniture to its alloted place. It was very hot and they cheerully accepted a cold drink. Two very.nice and polite young lads. A credit to the company

Richard and Darren (the people who delivered/installed our furniture) were polite, methodical and efficient. They laid down mats/blankets down to protect the floor. They made no mess or fuss. A first class job.

James and his assistant were brilliant. Placed the furniture exactly were I wanted it and took away every scrap of rubbish🤩

Everything was efficient - Richard and Darren arrived on time, they were friendly, efficient and knew their stuff. Everything (2 chairs and a sofa) was unpacked, brought into the house and placed in our living room expertly and properly and with care. They were the original SMILEY FRIENDLY CHAPPIES FROM FURNITURE VILLAGE !

The 2 delivery guys were very friendly and did well to get the heavy mattress around our stairs - I did give them a hand at the top - really pleased with the delivery and within the time specified.
