All staff have been very helpful from ordering my suite and now today having it delivered the two lads who delivered it Rob and Joe were polite courteous and I and did a really good job

Bought a new sofa which we are very happy with. No hard sales tactics which was refreshing. Very friendly delivery guys. Protected the carpets and explained in detail about the product. Couldn't be happier.

Delivery was on time and the two men who delivered were very friendly, polite and careful with our new mattress.

I was contacted 10 minutes before the sofa arrived, which meant I knew when the sofa would be here. The guys, Rob and Joe, were pleasant, professional, courteous, and friendly. I actually had some laughs with Joe while he assembled my sofa; meanwhile Rob cleared away packaging and rubbish to leave a clean and tidy place. It was a pleasure to have these two deliver my sofa, hence the 5 stars. Thankyou.

Karl and Rhys sent a text prior to delivery. They were both very friendly and put the settee together very quickly. Very happy with the service they provided.

The friendly, polite, efficient and patient staff. From Adam in the showroom to Ali and Ricky who delivered the order. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From placing the order in March until delivery on May 7th.

Excellent service. They managed to find us a dining room table and chairs and sofa that was in stock, so we didn't need to wait long for a delivery. Staff very professional and helpful in the shop. Rob and Joe who delivered the items on Bank Holiday Monday were so polite, and made sure they put covers down to protect the floor when they were assembling the items and cleared away all packaging. Thankyou to everyone.
