There is soo much to choose from it is great! We found the sofa and table and chairs we loved!
The sales consultants we all very helpful. Kami explained the differences between the sofas we were looking at and work out which would be best for us. He also assisted us when we were looking at the tables. He was awesome!Thank you!

Nice showroom with lots of options .Good contact with salesman in the store not pushy , ready when we needed him good advice given .

We have visited many times over the past few months, choosing furniture for a new build that we are downsizing to.
Kami has been so helpful whenever we have seen him and done his best to answer any questions we have had.

Tom Rich sales consultant at the Gillingham Kent Store was knowledgeable about the dining room furniture we were considering buying.
He took us around store to locate individual items.
He explained purchasing options and delivery charges up front so no hidden charges.
We completed the purchase and it was a throughly pleasant experience

We were looking for a new settee and we were not sure what we wanted. Andy Brown was extremely helpful . We decided on a settee on fact 2 settees and we are very happy with the service we received.

The products available at the are good with great price, I expected more sales for returning customer after buying 2 products

The store person we spoke to, Gino, was excellent, informative, patient and helpful. Very easy transaction

We went in for a browse not sure what we were looking for, the sales assistants made us aware that they were there but there was no pushiness. Once we had made our choice a sales person was immediately available, Alif was very polite, helpful & knowledgeable, he explained everything to us with patience & understanding. All in all a very pleasant experience,

Alif was very helpful, he was very informative with regards to the furniture care plan and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. 10/10 would shop here again.

Paul was super helpful and really easy to get along with! He gave us a great deal and we’re really happy with our decision to buy from Furniture Village. They felt much more relaxed and welcoming than some of their competitors!

On entering the store I was approached by Paul to offer his assistance, I said I was just looking and he was very polite and said to call him if I needed help , lovely staff I did not feel pestered like some stores , when I needed some assistance Paul was there gave me all the information I needed again I did not feel pressured into buying , I returned to the store an hour later to make my purchase again with help from Paul , absolute fantastic member of staff so helpful
