Paul was super helpful and really easy to get along with! He gave us a great deal and we’re really happy with our decision to buy from Furniture Village. They felt much more relaxed and welcoming than some of their competitors!

On entering the store I was approached by Paul to offer his assistance, I said I was just looking and he was very polite and said to call him if I needed help , lovely staff I did not feel pestered like some stores , when I needed some assistance Paul was there gave me all the information I needed again I did not feel pressured into buying , I returned to the store an hour later to make my purchase again with help from Paul , absolute fantastic member of staff so helpful

Good selection of the beds we were looking for.extremely Well looked after by Gino. Excellent product knowledge and some real good advice. Looking forward to many comfortable nights sleeping in our new Hypnos bed.

Wrong bed delivered. Had to cancel decorating and wardrobe. My bedding is bagged up in front room Very disappointed

Clive was fantastic. Great man and not pushy, he made you feel welcome and even made his own cookies for customers which is a great touch.
