The sales consultant Ms Elizabeth Borman was absolutely brilliant and very helpful, she explained every aspect and difference between electric end left ottoman bed frame and a manual one, also the different type of mattresses , all terms and conditions of the sale and the available discount for different items.

Your member of staff was polite and professional. She was very proficient and answered any questions we had. I hope she is rewarded or recognised.

We ordered 2 wardrobes in December they arrived but had a couple of issues a bent pole and a mark on handle.They were delivered on the 7th April happy with them but wanted extra shelves went into st Andews Quay where Gemma recognised us we asked if we could buy extra shelves she sorted it for us and ordered but after 4 weeks they arrived and are wrong but we are not allowed a refund apparently they dont do them even though we asked them for help.

Donna was very thorough with answering our questions and getting them sorted. She didn't rush or brush over any areas and listened to our concerns.
She is an asset to the company

Salesperson knew exactly what I wanted. My order came on time. Dane and Mark delivered and built up my order in a professional and knowledgeable way. They were friendly and very helpful.

The delivery was fast and. Safe, the two Men, Mark and Dain were absolutely Fantastic, they unpacked the packages and when they drove away it was like they had never been, clean and tidy, they built the iitems and placed them were asked them to, it was a real pleasure having a banter with them, a great Service and Furniture Village should be proud of these two Men. 👍

I purchased my sofa today with the help of sale consultant Simon at the Hull store. I felt I was able to calmly make a decision on what I wanted, no pressure. We were able to come to a good price with some additional extras. A good experience overall.

Chair purchased from furniture village , zip repaired in January . Experienced the zip breaking again. Took several attempt to get in touch with customer service. Structure of the sofa is very poor quality and waiting to hear back from them
I would not recommend purchasing a sofa from here.

Our two settees were delivered by Charlie and Will (TDS) today and we cannot praise them enough. Very friendly, cheerful and professional. Called when about an hour away then updated nearer arrival.
Protection in place over carpets together with overshoes when necessary.
Assembled the items, checked operation of all functions and placed where required.
All packaging etc taken away on completion.

We visited the showroom on St Andrews key retail park in Hull to look for a new three piece suite, as we walked around the showroom we were approached by a salesman named Jason Crawford who asked what we were looking for on reply he explained that we could have the the suite in any colour of fabric or leather that we wanted.
We chose a leather three price suite and Jason proceeded to tell us all about it and then showed us how it worked also Jason spoke in a confident manner and he was very helpful.
He explained all about the delivery times and dates.
We were very impressed with the quality of service that we received and would recommend FURNITURE VILLAGE 👍
Not forgetting Jason he made a great cup of tea. THANKS.

Very helpful listen to what we wanted

Simon was extremely helpful but not pushy in any way. I got the mattress I wanted at a reasonable price.

Had great service from FV from the staff in the showroom to the 2 guys delivering the sofa. Very professional and courteous so I feel I bought my sofa from the right place.

We went to browse for dining room tables and chairs.
We were served by Jason, he was very advisable and knowledgeable. No pressure and honest.
He gave such a positive feeling and welcoming approach.
After we looked round we went back to make our purchases.
We were shown appreciation for coming back and was treated very fairly.

Defiantly will go back again for future products.
