Went to the Leeds store to look at a sofa we’d seen online. Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable, he answered any questions we had. We went on to purchase the sofa and the process was straight forward. We would highly recommend the Leeds store!

Very professional, helpful and great to do business with, deliver drivers were outstanding and bolted the furniture down in no time at and even took the cardboard away.

Khadija, took all my details and said I would be contacted within 3 working days. On the 4th day (after hearing nothing) I rang up again, this time I spoke to a different person, who again took my details and again told me that my details would be passed on and I will be contacted within 3 working days. As usual all the promises made by Salespeople when buying a product, suddenly evaporate once the money has changed hands.

Great service from Mike. Patient, polite, respected our time and space.

Terrible terrible terrible experience with fenchurch wardrobe
Took nearly 4 months to deliver , parts missing on delivery , still has my wardrobe in the room with no doors on
Noone took responsibility for their errors, delay in delivery
Delivery company PB HDI and logistics are beyond ridiculous with no professionalism what-so ever

Looking for replacement dining chairs we got lots of help and support from Mike at the Leeds store. We were given plenty of time to browse on our own, then given a clear message re price/options. Given time to think about it overnight, then saw Richard the following day and 'sealed the deal' -equally helpful and again, no pressure.

Nice salesman. Answered questions when needed and not too pushy. Also gave us discount on ridiculous delivery charge.

It was a hot bank holiday weekend. We were offered refreshments on arrival to the store. The shop assistant was friendly and very helpful without being pushy. We found what we were looking for and received discount for delivery and the after care cleaning kit.

If there was anything I think could be approved on would be the 10 week delivery time. Hopefully the sofa will arrive sooner.

Mike was superb! There was a variety of sofas and he helped us tailor pick a sofa that would fit in my tricky space. I would recommend this store to anyone that would like a sofa!

The salesman ash was brilliant made lots of time for me helped me a lot nice guy and patient!

Really disappointed with the service. My sofas were due to be delivered week commencing 23rd March, which is why I bought them, and I still haven’t received them, or any contact from the shop.

We visited the store in Leeds (Birstall) in search for a quality memory mattresses.
We met Mike who was very professional and helpful and made this selection very comfortable for us.

We've bought from F.V. before so were happy to go back.
Richard looked after us well; attentive without the "harassment " which can be the feeling in other establishments.Advice can come over as dictatorial in pursuit of a sale but not in this case.

We walked into the store and zac introduced himself then left us to look around saying I'm around if you want any help. It was lovely to be able to look around and try the beds without hassle. We found a mattress ( a hypnos one) went away to discuss it as it was a lot of money, we t back and bought it as it's a lovely mattress, the overall experience was hassle free, definitely recommend to my friend and family
