We had an excellent experience at Furniture Village thanks to Shan from old Trafford branch. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel under any pressure to make a purchase. He took the time to answer all of our questions, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and helped us find the perfect Sofa.

Shan's professionalism, hard work, and genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service really stood out. It's rare to meet a sales consultant who is so dedicated to making sure customers are happy rather than simply making a sale.
