Went to showroom to see the chairs as were advertised in stock. On arrival, not there, ok i'll order online. Assuming i could return if i didnt like, as i couldnt see before i buy. Nope buy in store no returns! Came home ordered online,simple. Got stung with delivery as edinburgh branch doesnt have a collection point.🤞there ok, or theyll be getting returned.

You had everything on one site. I would have loved the furniture to have come out together but it is a sign of the times.

We were making a large purchase, and Lauren was able to guide us through the process easily whilst making it an enjoyable experience for us. She was also knowledgeable about the product as she has it herself, which was handy for my partner to know

My partner and I spoke with Lauren today to place an order for a Tempur mattress - she was incredibly helpful and informative, while also being friendly, kind, and bubbly. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with Lauren today, and she made the purchase experience even more enjoyable. Give her a raise immediately, 10/10

Placed order via internet but there is no clear place to contact to follow up with a query - either have to choose post-delivery Care or Sales. Selected Sales team and agent gave me the impression she wasn't really interested/listening (concious my call will have been preventing her making new sales). Poor first experience. Admin team sorted query and were very good - hence not a 1 star!

The product I ordered seems to have evaporated into the ether. If I'd known that there wasn't prompt delivery I never would have ordered. Not a happy customer.

Went to the Abingdon store to find the ideal sofa with the help of Lou we found what we were after, came home discussed our options then placed the order.

Katie at the Furniture village customer services helpline was a great help when I had an incorrect order delivered and had to have it collected and the correct order delivered.

In a day of pretty mixed customer service, thank you Katie for solving my problem promptly and efficiently. Sadly an item on my order was delayed by 2 months, but it was dealt with and I didn’t have to waste any time trying to get to a resolution, it was just actioned.

Had a problem with a price to day from what wa in store to online and they price matched it and refunded me the difference. No complaints

Bought 3 seater settee & 4 arm chairs all in leather all electric recliners. Booked pick up of old furniture items with Fenland Council for £40 for the lot of 5 items as opposed to £60 just for 1 settee from Furniture Village partners. Had been checking regularly for delivery date, as had been told 10 weeks. Checked 2 days after booking pickup from Council & lo & behold I now have an estimated new delivery of another month. Luckily I had given them leeway of another 2 weeks but am going to push Council pickup yet another month & hope new stuff arrives around new advised date. Not at all happy.
