Aaron was really helpful and very professional, explained everything very well, was a pleasure to deal with.

The site is well laid out and easy to navigate and the ordering process is straightforward. My only criticism is that the delivery cost isn't made more obvious up front. I only discovered it at checkout.

My husband and I went to the branch in cheltnham and purchased 2 three seater sofas electric recliners head n feet plus 2 large ocean lamps and a king size hybrid Emma mattress 3 months ago justina served us also another gentleman done the paper work they gave us a coffee from the machine with a very nice cooki each they were very friendly and professional they no there job well I nice afternoon spent in the shop looking and disscusing what would suit us the best with no pressure applied lovely people a credit to your shop also the young men who delivered our furniture were very professional that was in may this year I am Mrs dobbs from gloucester

I ordered a sofa on line easy website to use I needed to amend the order spoke to the sales team spoke with Honey who was amazing efficient professional personable really good service!!

Fast and pleasant transaction. Melissa and Cam made the whole process really easy.

My order was placed on 4th May 2026 and we were given up to 10 weeks for delivery. The delivery date seems to move weekly. We are not happy and it seems impossible to try and speak to somebody on the phone unless you want to purchase something. Very unhappy customer.

The staff near Huntley and Palmers Reading (that was) shopping area are nice but not pushy. They let you browse, which is important, and help if needed with their information. Its important to try the beds and they give you time to do that. Such a lovely shop.
