Excellent customer service from beginning to end of our purchase. No pressure to purchase and very helpful & knowledgeable. Our second visit to the store to purchase more items due to our first experience being so good, thanks to Iain for advise on our first purchases & Jason for going above & beyond to help us to purchase a discontinued line by phoning another store to secure the items. We would fully recommend this store for the knowledge, advice & selection of items & I’m sure we will be back for more items !

I was with your Deaf customer and the salesman left us to look around at our leisure. When we needed him he was hovering and it was an altogether unhurried experience. He had a very positive attitude to the extra time involved in interpreting the conversations.

It was a very good visit. Michael was with us pointing out the way the chairs worked and how to ensure they met our needs. We also looked at the beds and mattresses and we're impressed and decided to buy. Michael was very helpful without being annoyingly pushy. He is a first class salesman.

We have just returned from Springvale retail park after purchasing two sofas. We had excellent customer service from Dan he was professional and helpful very kind and didn’t pressure us in any way. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to make sure we had the very best deal to suit our budget and we came away very pleased and very excited to get our new sofas.
