We were served by Andy Mottley who was absolutely brilliant answered all our questions gave us plenty of time to look around the store and when we decided what suite we wanted he went into all the details he was very very professional well done Andy it was a pleasure doing business with you.

The minute we walked into the store, staff almost jumped on my partner and I.
We hadn't even had chance to take a look at the first sofa!
I understand the sales process but this was infuriating! Another couple also in front of ourselves also had the same negative experience. You could litterally see staff competing with each other to get to customers first. We politely declined any assistance or advice on size, shapes and sales, however it did continue.

When finally, we did find furniture of our own personal choice, again we were greeted by 2 sale reps at once. One having to give in to the other.
Even worse and more frustrating, whilst completing the sale paperwork, it became a battle for the sales person to sell us every extra product he could possibly think of.. After telling him FOUR times, we weren't interested he then appeared to change mood and stated, would you like it free? At this point were ready for leaving the sale and walking away!

I couldn’t recommend Andy Mottley highly enough for such an enjoyable sofa shopping experience. I never felt rushed or pressured into a hard sell. Andy took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted, considered the space we had available, and made sure we chose the right option for our home. He made me feel like a genuinely valued customer rather than just another sale. Thank you, Andy! We’re really looking forward to having our cinema sofas delivered.

It was great to look round the showroom in Preston. No pressing from over zealous sales team. We were helped by Shiva who was great to deal with. came away with a new bed, dining table and chairs. Very happy with our selections and a fair price. Just hope we are still as happy when we take delivery.

We were greeted by Shiva Hosseinnia when we entered the store. She asked if she could help and kept a respectful distance whilst we looked around for a sofa. When she noticed our interest in a particular sofa she aporoached to offer advice on the sofa range and supplied us with a colour swatch kit and showed us the same sofa in fabric rather than leather. She then left us to discuss our thoughts. We left the store to think about the sofas we had seen and then returned to make a lurchase. Shiva helped us once more discussing the grade of leather and colour choice. We then finakised the purchase and agreed a date to pick up the sofa. When we returned, the sofa was carefully wrapped as she said it would be. She even helped us get the sofa into the van. Excellent customer service that went above and beyond.

Really good experience from start to finish at your Preston store. We were greeted by Dave, who gave us a kind smile and a polite enquiry as to what we might be looking for.

We had a great experience with Kevin this morning when buying our dining table. He was knowledgable,friendly and professional from start to finish , taking time to understand what we were looking for, answered our questions and helped us choose the perfect table without feeling pressured .
He also kindly spoke to his manager to secure us a small discount which we appreciated . He brought me a delicious hot chocolate before he completed the paperwork with us , which was a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more enjoyable .
