The York store experience was excellent.
Delivery by Jaime and Lee was very well organised, polite and friendly.
The only reason this is not a five star rating is that I couldn't get a response from customer services when asking for a delivery date. I resorted to contacting the store who sorted it out.

Fantastic service. The delivery men Jeff & Liam were very polite arrived right on time, and handled my heavy boxes with great care. They placed everything safely in place. Highly recommend.

The delivery process was very smooth and professional right through from keeping us updated of arrival time, to installation of the furniture. We were consulted at every stage to ensure it was placed exactly where we wanted it. The 2 delivery guys, Dain and Konrad, were both very professional in there conduct and assembly of the furniture and all rubbish was taken away by them for disposal. We would have no hesitation in recommending them for doing any future deliveries.

Darren and Mani were welcoming and sufficient. They build our table and showed us how to use it. Great service would recommend !

Delivery was also nice & smooth. Konrad & Dain contacted me letting me know they were on route. They removed the packaging before bringing my items in. Very considerate to my home & extremely polite too 😃
