Metabolism & Paddy were very efficient and helpful. They put the sofas together quickly, set thrm up in the room and ensured that the electrical functions were filly operational. They also explained the workings of the sofa.

James & Lee were excellent with our sofa delivery, courteous & conscientious, they went above & beyond what we had expected. This is a very different experience to deliveries being sub-contracted out. We were very happy with the customer service provided by the two gentleman. A credit to Furniture Village, and overall, with the purchase of 3 sets of furniture has been excellent all round, from the store (Hove) to delivery.

Great service. I was kept informed of exactly when my delivery would arrive and Mehtab and Paddy were excellent. They were both courteous and professional and took great care with the furniture and my property. Sofa bed was a bit of a challenge but they took it apart, got it in and re-assembled it very efficiently. Excellent service.

Friendly, helpful guys, turned up within the time slot, were both cheerful and gave great advice on the mattress. Took it straight up to the bed, no worries.

Excellent customer service from all employees, especially the delivery guys James and Colin who were both courteous and put our bed together in no time. They explained all the leaflets that came with the bed, especially the swatch which was very helpful
