We had our Tempur mattress delivered on the 3rd Sept 26
Andy & Lucy's where very efficient,friendly & I was impressed how clean the delivery was. sheet on the floor shoes off.

I had an excellent experience today with the delivery and set up of my bed frame and mattress.The two guys who delivered and set them up Rismy and Rausheed were excellent from beginning to end in the service they provided.Both were helpful and kept me updated through every step of what they were doing.

The Mehtab and Paddy the delivery gentlemen were well within the delivery time slot. They were polite and friendly. Installed the bed and mattress, explained that the mattress should be left to breath for a few hours before use also about the warranty. Took away all the packaging. They were considerate entering house by taking their shoes off.

Rismy Rausheed was a very polite and considerate gentleman delivered my chairs and made sure that they were ok

Mr Mehtab and Mr Paddy arrived on time and installed the single bed exactly as requested. They were both very kind, professional and helpful.

Tom and Colin brought in and mounted a whole sofa before I managed to hammer two nails to mount a baby camera. Absolutely impressive! Great job, lads.

Raz & Matt my delivery team were exceptional from arriving with a red roll out carpet protector to being swift efficient courteous and with great senses of humour . they went above and beyond with my delivery - they noticed the piston rods on my bed were incorrectly fitted ( not by me !) and swiftly turned them round . My trust in delivery lads has been totally restored by this pair . If you are lucky enough to get them ! An asset to furniture villages services . Thank you both

James and Ant were fantastic, really did a great job without any issues and went through everything once the work was completed. They worked in a professional manner and cleaned up after they finished and even put the mattress back on the bed once the frame was installed. Thanks guys.
