Wrong bed was delivered, but James and Lee were kind enough to still assemble it and arrange for my actual bed to be delivered at a different day. Lee and James were so lovely and great to talk to (and very sweet to my cat!). Both amazing employees!

Was kept up to date regarding delivey.
When they arrived, they had a look round and then cracked on with the job. Sofa was too big to get to the room, however Lee and Topaz managed to dismantle one part to get it in, then re assembled it. They took great care whilst bringing the sofa in and positioned it where we wanted it. They went through care instructions with us and we're just amazing from start to finish. They took time to chat with us and was friendly throughout. Great job . Thank you

I’ve just received my new Snooze sofa, and I’m absolutely delighted with it! To make the experience even better, Lee and Topaz made the delivery and assembly process quick, smooth and completely hassle-free.
Both were very professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Lee also had a great sense of humour, which made the whole interaction even more enjoyable and relaxed. It was a real pleasure meeting these two lovely home delivery specialists. They went above and beyond to make the delivery and assembly experience extra special. Very smooth bed delivery by Tom & Colin. Briefed me well re the plan for getting the bed in and set up. It was pouring with rain but floor considerately protected. Polite nice guys.

Recommend Furniture Village all the way. Service in the showroom from Sian had been great also.

A little add, such a different experience compared to my first bed delivery for the same room, from the well known bed store I will call ‘nightmares’. The bed was such a state they had to come and take it back the following week and the delivery guys were rude and unpleasant.

Lee and James were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful and respectful of our home and set the new bed up very quickly, offering advice on best way to open ottoman etc. Great job thankyou guys!

Helpful and good advice when purchasing mattress. Delivery was when arranged and by careful and efficient guys. Only a pity they don't take away from the old mattress

Tom and Colin were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived bright and early at 6:50 am and were so quiet, considerate and professional. They laid down protective flooring before starting the job, took their shoes off whilst assembling the furniture, and worked quickly and efficiently without compromising on the quality of their work.

It was clear they really cared about doing the job properly and respecting our home. They were both polite, hardworking and an absolute credit to Furniture Village’s delivery team.

Neil and Ant delivered six chairs to me, they kept me informed of their arrival, they put a mat down to protect my carpet and to mimimise the mess unpacked the packages in the van before bringing into my home. They were incredibly polite and respectful at all times and are an asset to the company. Great to have people who engage with the customer rather than just jobs worth. Highly recommend!

Great experience purchasing from Furniture Village. Customer service was excellent throughout - Lee and Topaz did a great job unloading all the table and chairs in the pouring rain! We love the dining set too, it’s great quality and looks lovely in our living room. Very happy and would buy from Furniture Village again.

Our furniture village delivery was 1st class James and Lee were friendly and polite. They set my new bed up taking care when carrying it through the house. No rubbish left behind and care and instructions handed over. They even helped hang the mattress topper over the banister to let the bed air.
