We received a delivery time this morning for our new sofa and chairs and Mehtab & Neil arrived on time with our delivery.What two lovely gentlemen you have on your delivery team nothing was too much trouble for them they were a joy to meet even took two old chairs out for me as my husband hasn't been able to help due to a operation and being on crutches.Thank you very much great experience will definitely be recommending.⭐

I was kept informed as to when the delivery would take place. Tom and Colin delivered my new suite and were quick, efficient and helpful. I was very happy with the service.

Tom and Colin were exceptionally polite and made short work of unloading 8 large packages which form a lovely sofa. They worked together to get the large parts through some very small gaps and we are very grateful for the perfect service. Thank you Tom and Colin.

We received a call to say the delivery would be a few minutes and about 25 later they arrived. The delivery and installation was carried out without any fuss. I would say that in the 44 years we have been having deliveries Tom & Colin from Furniture Village were the nicest, most respectful & professional delivery men we have ever had. A credit to the company.

Colin and Tom arrived exactly at the time they said they would and very carefully moved the new furniture into our room to assemble it in place. Very quick and efficient, no mess , no fuss, brilliant job.

Neil and Ant were extremely friendly and professional with the delivery of my bed and matters. They lay down protective coverings along the corridor and inspect the bedroom area. Installation was completed in 30 minutes, as promised. He demonstrated how the ottoman bed operates, including the safety support bar, and ensured that there were no issues with the ottoman bed. Handed out brochures and documentation concerning issues and how to deal with them. I am very delighted with the purchases, thank you Furniture Village, and would recommend.

Great delivery service from Furniture Village today! Mehtab and Paddy kept us informed of when they'd arrive, and were very helpful and courteous.

Very professional from start to finish. A very heavy mattress, but dealt with very well.
