We were the first delivery for Tom and Stu. I must say for 7am, they had such a joyful energy and were very courteous and professional! In the short time they were here, they spoke proudly of being part of a family run business, who takes care and time to reward and acknowledge their staff on a personal level, especially at Christmas. It was lovely to hear how a good company seated in real family values is looking after its Team. There’s a lesson here!!! (Oh, and we really love our Sofas!!!)

Our delivery men were fantastic, very polite, friendly and considerate. They were quick in assembling the bed and had clear instructions for care and maintenance. The bed was particularly heavy but they did a great job. All round brilliant service.

Staff in-store during order were great.

Delivery by Chris and Ian was also good, even wearing shoe covers on my carpet without being asked.

But the gap in-between order and delivery was long and silent. No emails or text with progress of order just a random phone call the week they wanted to deliver.

Just a bit more communication in-between needed like your order has left the factory expect delivery in 3 weeks so it's not so out of the blue. Thanks

Soheb and Mo were really helpful and friendly. They found an error in the order, reported it and came up with a temporary solution for us

Stu and Tom provided exceptional service when it came to delivering super king divan base and mattress (zip lock). They were ahead of schedule, phoning when 20mins away, prepared entrance and wore shoe covers, navigated 2 x flights glass stairs with ease and set up leaving no mess and gave instructions.

Tom and Stu delivered our kitchen table and side unit today. Great communication, called before arrival and could track them on the app. Really polite and friendly and set up the new furniture quickly but ensure they took the upmost care. Would definitely recommend - they are both an asset to Furniture Village!

We had our 2 sofas delivered and assembled by Chris and Ian, they arrived on time, assembled our sofas in 10 minutes, took all the packing away with them and even put the fence panel back as we had to remove it to enable the sofas to get into the house. They were pleasant and efficient and totally respected our property. Thanks for a great service.
