Excellent service from start to finish. The bed was delivered on time by friendly, polite, and professional staff. They took great care when bringing it into the house, and everything arrived in perfect condition. They put the bed up and took away all the rubbish. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. I'm very pleased with both the delivery and the service and would happily recommend this company to others.

Great service, had an issue getting the corner of the sofa into the house due to access limitations, the lads problem solved the issue very quickly and assembled the sofa in position and left the room clean and tidy and removed all packaging, 5 star service 👌

The delivery was prompt and the two men who did the delivery were very friendly and efficient. The settees were carefully put in place, assembled quickly and all packaging was removed.

From start to finish fantastic service from everyone involved.
To top off everything the 2 delivery guys were a pleasure. Smiley happy people (Kaileb & Chris) who were very professional in installing my new suite, with advise on how to clean, how to dismantle if needed, and an explanation of the silicone feet. Furniture Village they are a credit to you! Especially in this hot weather.

When delivered there was a problem. Came out to sort but couldn't
Brought new table said it would be 7-10 days, was approaching 3 weeks, and was worse than 1st table, told someone would be in touch but I had to chase and chase daily until I got reply. In the end I asked for refund which am still waiting for. All in all has taken 6-7 weeks and still waiting for my refund.
Absolute joke. Delivery teams were great but customer experience dreadful. Never again
