On visiting the furniture village store in Rugby we were greeted by a very polite and professional person in the name of Ash Khan. As we knew what we were looking for he guided us to all the products that suited our needs.we had a few laughs and jokes on the way. He then let us look around in our own time.after choosing the product we wanted he helped us through all the paperwork with ease. All in all we would recommend this store and Ash is a credit to furniture village

Faulty product, customer service appalling
Still waiting for a response after 5 phone calls
And despite email being received saying they are prioritising resolution
No action whatsoever.
I called the suppliers direct who told me they have responded to furniture village but furniture village have made no contact with me to arrange replacement
£1600for two chest of drawers and bedside cabinets and the poorest customer service you could imagine

Returning customer to store. Had my eye on a sofa set that Greg had walked me through before. Measured up and looked around at other stores but the Wallace and Shackleton ranges were better quality and felt more comfortable. Great experience all around thanks to Greg's friendly approach.

The only thing wrong is on the Sofa Screen on the left hand side the Headrest Icon moves the lumbar and the lumbar icon moves the headrest, is there a way to reprogram these?

From arrival at the store we had a fantastic experience. Andy looked after our every need whilst giving us space to look around the store and make our own choices. He answered every question we had and was very accommodating to our wishes. The fact he made our son so welcome too was a huge bonus and made the morning manageable, the cookie was definitely a hit.
