I popped in to the ruislip branch and was greeted by the lovely Julie and we had a great conversation she was so friendly and helped with exactly what I asked and it was excellent service and very quick. Julie is such a lovely lady so cheerful & helpful would definitely go back and be served by Julie

Very good and friendly service. Mithu was very helpful and explained all the options when selling me the sofa and other accessories. Not pushy just helpful. I didn’t realise until he checked the system that it was he who sold me a wardrobe 12 years ago!

Compared to other furniture sales rooms the staff here were very helpful and attentive. I was offered a cup of tea/coffee and did not feel rushed to make a decision in any way.

Allowed to walk around in pestered and then when we asked a question no sales push . We actually got to the door and decided to go back and buy purely because we we were treated correctly
