We were helped by Ash today in the South Ruislip branch to buy a sofa for our living room. He was very helpful and ensured to explain everything very well.

If purchasing a mattress do not bother buying a mattress protector from the store which costs over £100 and is far from worth it,save yourself money and purchase independently,

Very good and friendly service. Mithu was very helpful and explained all the options when selling me the sofa and other accessories. Not pushy just helpful. I didn’t realise until he checked the system that it was he who sold me a wardrobe 12 years ago!

Compared to other furniture sales rooms the staff here were very helpful and attentive. I was offered a cup of tea/coffee and did not feel rushed to make a decision in any way.
