It was brilliant sale with jez he was very attentive and accommodating to all our needs and went above and beyond even interacting with our young daughter

The sales staff were on hand for any queries and answered them fully when required. No pressure at any point and knew when to speak and when to back off. This is a very refreshing change from the sales techniques of other furniture companies that pounce on you the minute you walk in. (PoltronESofa!!) in this day and age other companies really need to take heed on how sales should be handled. Furniture village especially Jez at the Drake House Sheffield branch understand this and this is why they got my business.

I visited furniture village on Tuesday and was blown away by the choice and Omar who was extremely helpful and friendly had a chat with me and gave me lots of helpful information about the 3 sofas I had narrowed my search down to and I told him I would come back on Friday, I went back today with my daughter and Omar was there with a friendly smile and his lovely manner and I made my choice and am now awaiting the arrival of my new sofa’s .All in all a very satisfying experience and I will definitely visit furniture village again 😊

Went in knowing what i wanted to purchase whilst asking questions about comparables to make sure I was making the right decision. Graham was excellent, listened well and offered informed comparable alternatives Happy with my final purchase and plan to make another purchase later in the year.

New suite received 10 days ago, delivery team excellent was concerned that cushion seats were very hard and uncomfortable, revisited the store last week to compare with store sample, totally different foam padding! store staff totally unhelpful, fobbed off to HQ aftercare team.
After contacting them (who were polite), but they only refer me to their third party QC company, who sell their overpriced aftercare box (3 bottles and 3 small pieces of micro fibre fabric, probably costing £5 to manufacture)
It appears that this company does not have its own QC team, probably does not issue Chinese factory with specs and approved samples to work to!
Certainly does not carryout pre delivery inspection, as furniture arrives in factory boxed etc
Hopefully the so called independent inspector will arrive with full QC specs and foam samples for comparison!

Called to look for sofas, however excellent choices for other furniture, friendly but not intrusive sales staff, did not feel pressurised the store had a relaxed environment, however knowledgable staff were available to answer any queries or questions, a shout out for
