Just had a great experience at Furniture Village in Solihull. Kush was so helpful from when we walked in and gave us loads of support choosing the perfect sofa for our home. We have a difficult shaped living room and he spent time looking at options with us and we left choosing the perfect sofa for our home. Massive thank you!!

I would like to recommend Aamir from Furniture Village Solihull. A wonderfully personable, kind, and patient sales rep, who looked after me recently. He made recommendations I hadn't thought of, he didn't force-sell anything, in fact, he dissuaded me from buying an accessory as it wouldn't work with my colour scheme. He made sure I was happy and never hounded me like some furniture reps do. What an asset to the store! Plus he gave my Mum a bag of cookies, she was delighted!

Imran khushi is the best in the game, I told him my needs and he knew exactly what I needed. It saved all the complicated questions etc.

Yesterday was my third visit to furniture village at Solihull Gate retail Park. The sales consultant, Adrian Ford, was extremely helpful ensuring I found dining room furniture to suit my taste. He even sourced furniture at the Wednesbury branch and sent me photographs by email so that I could determine what range was the right furniture for me.

Paul was very helpful and not pushy. Happy to help and knowledgeable

Great experience with Adrian Ford. We went over 2 days and discussed the each detail and setup of the rooms. Adrian tried his best to arrange the best deal he could to include covering delivery, servicing, discounts. His professional yet warm approach was the reason we chose to accept Furniture Village in the end!

Went to Furniture Village to look for a new king size mattress. Have had lots of trouble with back pain and trouble sleeping. I was served by Paul, absolutely fantastic service, he showed me 6 different types, listened to my needs and recommended the mattress I eventually bought. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Billy was helpful and polite. I got the answers I needed without any issues. Billy followed up the phone call with an email with a "help guide". Customer service was excellent.

Adrian was great helping my Mum buy a sofa after an 18 month search! He was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. What I really liked was that there was no pressure on Mum from any of the staff to buy anything from the moment we walked through the door right up to the point of sale. A refreshing change!

Wow, what a great experience, we were greeted by Paul who clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He talked us through the whole buying process and pointed out the various advantages of different styles and makes of both Sofa’s and dining tables. Pleased we were left alone to have a good look on first arriving as we knew what we were looking for. Reassured by Aamere that he was around to answer any queries when we were ready which is what happened and subsequently an order was placed.
