We attended the Solihull branch of Furniture Village, Paul Jackson was very knowledgeable and took time with us to go through all of our options when we bought our mattress and ottoman bed frame.

We have visited FV in Shirley and placed an order for a dining table, 4 chairs and two recliner chairs. Paul and his colleagues were very helpful, answering our questions and we were left in peace to have a good look around without feeling in any way pressured. We’ve bought from the store previously over the last 20 years and always received the best attention.

Really helpful support from Kush, couldn't do enough to help us find the right model, discussing options, demonstrating features, reccomending how to best map out our space to get maximum usage and engaging with the kids. Will definitely be placing an order once we have figured out best configuration.
