Great Customer Service In Store. I was at the Staines showroom, looked after by Robin Sydney. Nothing was too much trouble, my indecision, unsure of my measurements. Robin was helpful and supportive. I placed the order and even when I got home and needed to amend the order he was totally customer focused.

Kalman and Jobie arrived to install 2 big wardrobes. They were flawless, just arrived on time and finished with speed and quality. Hope you are lucky as me to have those delivery specialists.

Looking for the same chairs we bought a couple of years ago. Not in the showroom as discontinued but excellent staff found my order and tracked the chairs were still in stock. Delivered 5 days later. Excellent

I have purchased many items of furniture from Furniture Village. Quality is second to none. The customer service team is always friendly and helpful. This latest experience was really great. Robin went over and above to ensure that everything was covered for my needs

The show room was clean and cool. I was offered a coffee and cookie by the salesman called Robin.
He went above and beyond to make me comfortable. He was extremely helpful with my purchase.

Robin Sydney gave excellent 5 star professional service with a smile and lovely humour and undertook an excellent deal we could not refuse in respect of the Augusta table set which we have been viewing the last two years. Have bought here previously and will buy again in the future.

Sales staff available to attend to us. We had decided what we wanted from the website and visited the store to view the product. Tried out product and viewed swatches of colours available. The Sales Manager, Liz was very attentive, able to answer our questions and explained whole procedure of purchasing, delivery and collection of old furniture. She provided an excellent service.

We had a good experience with the Staines branch and Syed was extremely helpful and managed to allocate the only remaining sideboard which was in Taunton branch The five star review is for the Staines branch.

We drove down there to collect which was 133 miles away so took 2.5 hours.

Upon arrival, Taunton staff were extremely rude and refused to help at all on bringing the side board down to the ground level and loading it into the car. Understand why they wouldn’t want to load into the car but at least they could have brought it down to ground level and put some sort of wrapping to protect, but nothing whatsoever.

Eventually the manager who was a senior gentleman went out of his way to bring it down with my husband and help load into the car which younger salesmen refused to do. If it hadn’t been for the manager we would have been stuck. Apart from the manager, the rest of the staff at Taunton are rude and unhelpful and need some customer service training!
