Fizz at Furniture Village was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to show me all of the sofa options available, explained the different features and choices, and helped me find the perfect one without ever making me feel pressured. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the whole process.

The customer service was excellent, and he made buying a sofa such an easy and enjoyable experience. Thank you, Fizz, for all your help—I would definitely recommend asking for him if you’re shopping at Furniture Village!

Furniture Village Staples Corner. We visited over 3 weeks ago & were confused as there were so many great designs. Arvind helped us to narrow down the many options but we were still undecided after 2 hours. We were given a quote for the sofa set that we liked ( as unsure of dimmensions).There was no hard sell and we didnt feel obligated to purchase, Arvind gave us his details & told us to contact him. He followed up with a call several days later. We waited until our room was completed & we had exact measurements. We returned today to see Arvind as he had been so helpful on our 1st visit ( though we have another branch closer to home). It was much busier on a Sunday but he patiently helped us whilst closing deals with other customers. We left very happy after placing our order. We had visited other showrooms, Brent Cross and a few sofa specialist 3 weeks ago but feel that on this occasion Furniture Village had a wider range, designs for all tastes and budgets

We had an amazing experience at Furniture Village Brent Cross! Aftab was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all our questions, helped us choose the perfect dining table without any pressure, and even surprised us with a lovely free gift at the end.
Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Aftab, for making our shopping experience so enjoyable. We'll definitely be coming back and recommending you to our friends and family!

A very good experience so far. Really liked the range and the fact that it grew from a family business - definitely worth popping down to the store as opposed to just shopping online as there are more fabric choices for example. I will update re. customer service post sale. From the reviews and interactions with staff in store I anticipate it will be good. 🙏🏼

Great help from Arvind Good range of choices

Went to buy a corner sofa today and was met by Ahmed an absolutely fabulous gentleman who helped us throughout our visit but was never pushy, left us to browse at our leisure but was there in an instant if we needed anything. He made our experience really pleasurable and joked and smiled throughout. Ahmed was kind,patient,friendly and also extremely professional, would highly recommend and we bought a fantastic sofa as well. Thank you so much Kathryn

Furniture Village retail stores offer no return policy whatsoever — not even an exchange. Their website advertises a 14-day return window, but this only applies to online orders and is not mentioned anywhere in-store. This distinction is not made clear at point of sale, which I consider misleading. I purchased over £2,500 of furniture in-store and have since found I have no way to return or exchange any of it. Extremely disappointing for a company of this size, and I won't be buying from them again.
