We were really pleased with the quality and price of our purchases - we can't wait for our new sofas, dining room table and chairs and tv unit to arrive. We spent more than a day looking at all Furniture Village's competitors at Lakeside, Thurrock and Furniture Village were the clear winner on range of choice, style, quality and value for money.

What really made the experience was the customer service from Alex. He talked us through the pros and cons of the various options - his product knowledge was superb - and he took a real interest in our needs without being pushy or dismissive. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Alex!

Overall, highly recommended and we'll definitely be shopping with Furniture Village in the future.

Great service from Laura Hills at the Lakeside branch of Furniture Village. She was helpful without being pushy and made sure we were aware of a couple of marks that were only slightly visible on the store items we bought. That’s exactly how customer service should be in my opinion!

We had a great customer service at Furniture Village in Thurrock, kindly assisted by Tan. We only went to buy sofas but ended up replacing our old dining table chairs matching sideboard. Tan calmly explained the whole process and ensured measurements were correct, how to care for our new leather sofa. We were very happy and saved lots of money in the bank holiday sales and deals.
