The sales consultant, Surry Gill, was superb. From the moment we arrived she made us feel welcome, offered us coffee, but never hassled us. Her knowledge of the G-Plan sofas was excellent, even telling us about where and how they are made. She was efficient and dealt with the paperwork quickly. A delightful experience - thank you, Surry!

Our sales consultant Suzette was very helpful, showing us sofas that she felt would meet our needs, providing guidance in materials, and being very proactive with explaining price offers.
I also really appreciated that she wasn't pushy, and gave us time alone to discuss and make decisions without hovering over us

We actually went to the store just to have a look around, but ended up buying two sofas! 😂 The store had a great selection, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. A special thanks to Tanvir, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the decision so much easier, and his excellent customer service definitely deserves credit. We went in just to browse and came out with two sofas! 😄 Huge credit goes to Tanvir for making our visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Suzette was very helpful and got us a coffee and cookie while we were browsing, and answered our questions. We left to check the other local furniture stores. When we returned Suzette was busy, and Mohimed, served us. It would be nice if the commission staff get could be split between the two, as she was our initial contact. Both were very pleasant and helpful

We bought sofa and chairs today from the Lakeside Branch the sales person was Paula Mukadaya.
Paula was attentive , knowledgeable , polite , helpful , she has a great personality ,she is informative , does not push the sale , gives you plenty of time to wander round and make your mind up so you dont feel pressurised and uncomfortable.
To top it all she also makes a lovely cup of coffee.

I came with my disabled sister in law to the Thurrock store. Suzette greeted us and was so helpful even though it was not her department She escorted us to the lift and gave us directions
