Our advisor, Mira, was amazing.

The salesman called Veera was amazing, not too pushy and really made us feel relaxed. He took time and appreciated my husband’s medical conditions and helped advise us on what would work best for us (and it wasn’t the most expensive option) he was able to help sort out a good price (always welcome these days) we were treated to a relaxing coffee and given plenty of privacy to choose what we wanted. Obviously I’m hoping that the delivery is as smooth sailing 🤞 thank you Veera we would like to say that hopefully your company appreciate your sales service. I will definitely recommend you!!

Actually we initially came to Furniture Village for window shopping only. However when we arrived and especially meeting the manager, Adnan, all change. He guided us to what we needed and we ended up spending £3k+.

The gentleman that served us was knowledgable and looked up our last purchase. He helped us choose the product best for us whilst showing us different alternatives. We didn’t more than we had originally intended, but looks like an excellent product.

Fantastic service with great price - Raj was brilliant

Had someone come out to look at recliner said nothing wrong. I said so why when I fully recline did it push me off seat and chair fell on top of me.
FV called today and said nothing wrong with it so just sit back and relax. How can you relax when chair could fall on top of you.
