Attentive staff without be pushy

We were helped in store by James Hyland while looking for armchairs. He checked what was important to us eg height of seat etc. and showed us several options similar to one we had seen online but wasn't available in store. We opted for the online chairs and placed an order. James was friendly and helpful throughout and a pleasure to deal with.

Charlie was excellent in showing us the appropriate furniture and demonstrated how to use correctly.

Ricardo was extremely helpful showing us sofas and fabric samples to help us make a decision.

Order incomplete on delivery. Shelves supplied retrospectively are the wrong ones. Therefore order no fully satisfied.

Once eventually found colour swatch to look at, we ordered sofa. Was told we'd receive an email within about 10 minutes after about a week email still not received so back into store to check they had correct email address. Now about a month since order still waiting for email. Have had no further updates since we ordered sofa back at beginning of January

The store in Worcester is in a good location. I have used furniture Village in the past with a good experience. This time was no different. Your sales person was personable and knowledgeable making for a simple and efficient purchase.

The salesman was softly spoken, very patient, we felt relaxed rather than pressurised as in other stores, he was knowledgeable, listened to our needs and showed us many options. A credit to your company.

Charlie Norman was very knowledgeable & likeable explaining the different mattresses so we could understand our options. I would suggest he is a huge asset to the business not pushing the sale at any stage creating a very relaxing atmosphere.

As a consumer, who phoned before, to say that I was coming to the Worcester Store, my experience, was nothing short of superb.
And I mean, superb.
I was met by James, the most helpful, honest, and openly transparent, member of the sales team.
Who showed a complete understanding with my situation, and guided me through all the GPlan options, with a human flare for care, rather than the 'quick buck' sale style.

Great showroom first class service from ricardo well done

Have been looking for a lounge suite for some months and have visited several well known stores. JH was friendly, articulate and patient. He took his time and was not pushy at all. The most important thing for me is that he stayed with me and did not point to a row of lounge suites and say they are over there, call me if you need me. JH made suggestions as to what could be done to get the measurements I require and was also most helpful about the colours rushing off to see if he could find a peach cushion that I hoped to match with the baby blue I had chosen.
It was a very pleasant shopping experience, very relaxed and we had time to chat.
A lounge suite from a shop is a first for me and I am very pleased I went to Furniture Village. I have what I wanted and received the best customer service I have had in a shop for years. Thank you very, very much.
