Ordered sofa and chair in Jan it’s now end of May and only half of the reclining sofa working and chair delivered with no swivel

They have done a very good job, happy with their service. Well done Guyz.

We popped into Furniture village to buy a second wardrobe- greeted by a friendly member of staff who offered us a drink which was very welcome- he also showed us an example of just what we were looking for, checked if the item was available- we ordered and he made sure we were happy with everything. It’s a great place to shop, no pressure selling-quality products and the sales are a bonus- I highly recommend.

The staff at furniture village in york are super polite and very helpful with our purchase of the cupra dining set. Any questions we had were answered and our worries to rest.

We visited Furniture Village (Clifton Park?) looking for a dining set and a new sofa, as we have recently purchased our first house. FV was the first shop that we went in and fell in love with a few of their sofas, unfortunately only one of them (which we subsequently ended up purchasing) would fit in our new living room.

We were assisted by Lewis S, who was happy to answer any questions that we had about the furniture, including demonstrations about how the dining table extended, as well as how best to plump the sofa cushions so they kept their appearance.

Lewis was very professional and personable, and part of the reason we returned to FV to buy our sofa over the competing sofa stores in the immediate vicinity. Great job and we can’t wait for our delivery.

Friendly staff. Lots of furniture choice and good quality. Victor was very helpful and made us very welcome. Even gave us a cup of coffee. Nothing too much trouble.

Steve Tanner was a very good salesman who explained everything about our purchase, & everything to do with delivery time etc too.

The salesperson Austin was great. He was very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with.

A week since I made my purchase I have still not been contacted about a date for delivery which is disappointing.

Had to wait 30 minutes for the person to answer my call but well worth the wait amber was super helpful and sorted out all I needed a little star thanks Amber

Great customer service in the shop, Lewis was lovely and polite and made our buying experience enjoyable.
The delivery guys Konrad and Dane did a brilliant job in setting our table and chairs up, very polite and explained everything in detail. Overall I would definitely recommend shopping with furniture village, the quality of the furniture is outstanding.
