Avoid Furo Systems at all cost!
First scooter was making strange ringing noises and was missing bolts holding it together, so it was not safe to ride - Furo kindly replaced it.
The replacement seemed to have the smaller battery, which Furo vigorously denied.
The Furo depot working hours in London are Mon-Fri , 11:00-17:00, so one basically needs to take day off work to get their scooter serviced.
I've sent the scooter back via UPS for a price and with a flat rear tire for a repair and for battery diagnostics, only to receive the scooter back with flat tire again.
Sent the scooter again via UPS for a price, waited almost two months to be notified that my scooter is lost by UPS.
Furo offers me a refurbished scooter or a new one for 250GBP.
Paying more money for a scooter that already costs more than 900 GBP is outrageous, so I've settled down for a refurbishment, although I would never purchase a refurbished product.
Boy oh boy, was this a mistake - the refurbished scooter box is falling apart, so I cannot even open it, because if there is some issue, I can no longer return it in the box.
I wanted to return the scooter and get a refund on numerous occasions, but Furo simply denies the request, although I've barely used the sccoter in the past 6 months - it was either not safe to ride, in transit, in repair or lost.
I've wasted so much time and money on the scooter and I am sorely regretting this purchase.
Avoid Furo Systems at all cost!

Great bike, great value for money. Perfect for my sons commute to work. Quick delivery - ordered on a Friday and received on Tuesday.

Discrete Electric Powered Bike
I arranged a test ride which convinced me to purchase.
The bike arrived within 10 days of ordering.
Pretty easy to put together, online videos are helpful.
I have been riding the bike everyday for a week and only had to charge it once.
Several friends have had a ride on it and all are impressed by the style and build quality and the fact that itsa very discrete electric bike..when I tell them the price they are further impressed .
The long wait
I ordered the Furo X Max at the beginning of May, and yet still wait for delivery. The tracking system seems to be in a time warp (in production since May) and when prompted on delivery, it's always soon but need to wait a further month (the last delivery date has been and gone - no surprises there). Distinctly unfulfilling experience and yet the wait continues. There are plenty of other e-bikes out there and would suggest looking at them instead.
furo aventa nice bike
nice bike very quiet very smooth saddle a bit hard could do with a removable computer for when you leave the bike locked to go shopping etc this would also add to the security I don't get the 500 watt boost don't seem to kick in like I thought it would when going up a steep hill. Still a very nice bike

I had a problem with a damaged battery on my FuroX Max which Jessy and the mechanics team quickly sorted out and repaired. Can’t ask for better service. Thanks.
Great bike & good value
Great bike, very well made and a reasonable weight allowing transfer on a towbar. Battery easy to charge on the bike, and detachable if required. Everything works well but did need to get extra instructions on some aspects of the computer. Only thing I didn’t like was the quick release front wheel spindles. It came undone on a bumpy road and wheel nearly fell off. Have switched to proper bolted one and all good.

Best ebike I have had , this is my second bike and the Aventa is so smooth and effortless, feels like a 6k bike
Great bikes!
Been waiting to write my review so that I can get a proper feel for the bike. Suffice it to say it has exceeded my expectations! The motor feels nice and powerful so I have no trouble keeping up with my grandkids on a ride!

Furosystem should be avoided
I would not recommend this company or the quality of the bikes they are selling. I ordered a electric bike and the parcel arrived last week poorly packaged and opened at both ends with parts from the bike falling out on my doorstep. I have asked for a replacement or refund and the company haven’t responded to this request. Avoid at all costs.
Great bike
Great bike, great price and hills are now a thing of the past. Bought off the outlet and it arrived within 2 days, assembly was also pretty straightforward, and the battery has yet to need a recharge. Looking forward to riding it up steeper hills and pushing it (and myself) to the limits!
Hmmm…well
Hmmm…well, this is my third review of our Furo Max having now covered about 500 miles since Feb when it arrived.
Basically, still mightily impressed, we bought two bike for our motorhome. Since we got them they have travelled far and wide in the back and been well used.
They have good quality components and proven amazingly powerful. We have tackled hills I was convinced we would be walking up. They are tough and well put together. We often get stopped and asked about the bikes and are nothing but full of praise.
We did have a slight issue with one which required a spare part which was issued free of charge….very responsive and helpful.
I will admit that the bikes took ages to deliver but remain pleased we persevered.
Appalling company - avoid if you can
Appalling company - I'd recommend avoiding them if you have a choice. I placed an order for one of their FuroX bikes 4 months ago. At the time delivery was advised for around a month later. It's now 4 months on, and still no sign of any bike, and a promised delivery date which keeps getting pushed back by months on their online tracker.
It's impossible to get in touch with them. They never answer their phone, and any email response takes around 2-3 weeks, with a canned reply.
They currently have £1700 of my money, I have no bike, and no way of resolving this. I'd love to give a review of the bike, but at this rate that's unlikely to happen.

FuroSystems - Aventa Max Bike
Nice bike, great range, reasonable weight, and good value. Have changed the saddle as the ride was a little hard, but very pleased with the performance. Secure delivery service was excellent. The overall time to ship did take a little longer than initially advised, but it was worth the wait. Also liked that the whole range of batteries are available as parts, and that they are interchangeable.
Fantastic bike
Fantastic bike looks amazing and is a very smooth ride. Still quite heavy to carry up stairs. One thing I did think was odd was the front light is powered by the bike battery but the back light is not, why not have them both running of the main bike power supply. Apart from that I would recommend this bike 100%
Delivery time
I don't like to kick anyone while they are down but potential customers should know that I made an order over two months ago and am now being advised it could be another month.
The product better be good as the hill I ride every morning is getting steeper as the weather gets colder!! Furo - I also have had to buy a second hand fold up bike while waiting.

Aventa needed some attention.
The bike was easy to assemble and the battery charged by time I was finished. I went for a test ride and found the gears not to be indexed properly, and after 5 miles the tyres had lost pressure. After a visit to my local bike shop for new tyres and tubes, and indexing of the gears the machine came alive. I have now ridden over 150 miles on it, without any more issues. With Schwalbe marathon tyres it rides smoothly and has predictable handling. My only gripe now is the seat, now waiting for Rido S2 to arrive.
Love the bike
Love the bike, just what I wanted. Disappointed that the rear light wasn’t integrated into the bike as the front light and as advertised in the website and in the instruction leaflet that comes with the bike, it’s just a bog standard battery light. Also trying to work out how to raise the handlebars as they’re a bit low for me. That aside very pleased with the bike.
