Although the initial order, a glass bottle of aloe vera juice, arrived broken due to poor packaging by Amazon, the experience with Fushi's customer service was amazing. I contacted them and spoke with Greeshma, who resolved everything very quickly. She not only sent a replacement immediately but also went the extra mile by including a gift. I am very happy and impressed with this level of customer care. Thank you for your hard work and help!

Fabulous products and good quality ingredient's. I have ordered several times from there range and particularly like the oils and cherry lip oil is my latest purchase. I have recently brought the skincare set so will see how that goes. Dealings with customer services has been easy and helpful. Would highly recommend

They have pretty terrible customer service tbh. My product (aloe Vera juice) turned up with a hole in the lid, they sent a replacement to the wrong address which never arrived and then didn’t bother replying to my emails. 5 weeks later and I’m still out of pocket!

I had a free sample of the Really Good Hair Oil with my first order. This stuff is amazing! I have brittle, frizzy hair but after putting this oil on my hair overnight it has transformed it, I can’t quite believe how wonderful it is! My hair is now shiny and smooth and easy to manage. Needless to say, I’ve ordered a full size bottle!
I also dealt with Greeshma regarding my order and have to say her customer service is excellent. Great company and great products. If I could give more stars, I would!

I’d heard such good reviews about the oils that I thought I’d try them myself so ordered the castor and frankincense facial oil. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail leaving my parcel in a bin and not letting me know, I never received it but the bin man did. Fushi asked me what I thought of their product and I told them what happened. They went above and beyond to help, even sending me another oil out so I wouldn’t miss out even tho it wasn’t their fault I didn’t receive my parcel. I now have my oil and I love it, it’s top quality. Just like Fushi’s customer service. So thank you. You’ve gained a regular customer.

I don’t know any other company so genuinely committed to making natural products with high-quality, farm-sourced ingredients and no unnecessary additives, all at a fair price. They also helped me quickly and kindly when I had an issue with my subscription.
