I don't often leave reviews but the service I received
from Futeko was amazing. I ordered Z9X 8K but had a fault. I wasn't sure if it was me or the unit but after guidance from Simon at Futeko it became clear it was the unit. I sent it back and in 2 days I had a replacement. Super service, much appreciated Craig.

Ordered

Great ordering experience, I placed my order Monday evening and by Wednesday my Zidoo was with me via Royal Mail.

I can’t comment on the after sale service as I’ve not had to use it and hopefully I won’t need to, but as far as the order and delivery goes everything went through extremely smoothly and quickly.

If only everything was this easy

I’d like to add to the positive comments on here too.
Speedy delivery and well packaged.

Unfortunately developed a fault within 6 weeks so sent back to Futeko. Excellent customer service from Simon who responded within 24 hrs of me returning parcel with a couple of options. I decided to upgrade in the end to a higher model.

Cant ask for any more from Futeko - excellent service and would easily recommend to anyone looking to by a media player.

Solid retailer. No issues on 3 purchases.

Over the last 3 years I've bought 3 items from Futeko. A Zidoo X10 pro in October 2022. A Zidoo X30 pro this month (July 2025) and a bluetooth remote to add to the X30 also this month.

None of these has had any issues. All were solidly packed and (although this is partly out of Futekos hands once sent) delivered on time.

Somehow I neglected to put my house number on the order for the remote, 'Simon' contacted me on email immediately to resolve the issue of my own making. Quality customer support.

No flowers, chocolates or champagne accompanied any order, then again precisely zero money went to Jeff Bezos either. I call that a win. Always support our own retailers where I can over American oligarchs.

Oh and lastly? They politely asked in the email if I might like to leave a review. Not some pesky nagging add on email, just a polite enquiry. Not pushy, credit for that too.

I ordered the Zidoo 3000 late Wednesday…

I ordered the Zidoo 3000 late Wednesday afternoon and received it Friday morning. Throughout the entire process I was kept updated via email and when the parcel arrived it was one of the best protected and secure parcels I've ever received. Would definitely use the company again.

I've used Futeko many times over the years and every time I'm struck by what a great company they are to deal with.

Always attentive, always amazing fast shipping and always there if you need them afterwards - Customer service done right!

Absolutely amazing company

Absolutely amazing company, i was skeptical at first but i went ahead and ordered Dune HD Pro One 8K Plus.

it arrived next day as stated on the website. it was packaged well and worked wonderfully, much better than another leading media player i was using.

Excellent pre sales advise and help

When I buy a product, I do thorough research and that includes getting advice from people who are experts or versed in their fields. I asked a lot of questions to Simon and he without hesitation answered them all via email thoroughly. So, when I purchased, I did it with confidence and also knowing that if the product did not meet my expectations, I could easily return it without any questions asked for a full refund. Excellent service.

Needed help with missing remote for old HDB900

I'm in OZ and needed help for a lost remote for an old HDB900 HiMedia player for a brother in the UK.
Simon responded within an hour and actually had one in stock ! It's now on its way to Surrey at a total cost of just £10 inc freight ! Amazing !

Old Fashioned Customer Service

I purchased a Ziddo ZX9 Pro as a replacement to a box I have had for many years, looking at reviews on YouTube I thought it was the right box for me as a replacement.
Ordered Friday lunchtime and it turned up Saturday morning !
After setting it up I realised that it was not quite right for my needs, it's a great box and does far more than I need and the remote really is the best.
I emailed Customer Service on Sunday explaining the box was not right for me and asking for a refund, I got a reply Monday morning and after a few emails back and forth where they tried to see if anything could be done to make it right they agreed the refund.
This is how customer service should be, hats off to Simon at Futeko !

Sold me faulty goods and is denying the right to RMA return 50 days on from purchase.

UPDATE:

I HAD TO REPORT THE ISSUE TO PAYPAL AND FUTEKO WAS REFUSING TO REFUND ME UNLESS I CLOSED THE DISPUTE, WHICH IS AGAINST A BUYERS STATUTORY RIGHTS AND ADVISED BY PAYPAL TO NEVER DO. THE WAY FUTEKO BEHAVED WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND AFTER PURPOSELY DELAYING A REFUND OVER AND OVER - PAYPAL FINALLY STEPPED IN AND REFUNDED ME AS IT WAS CLEAR FUTEKO WAS PLAYING GAMES. SO BE WARNED

The sellers comments are laughable and a complete pack of lies.

After no previous contact, the customer demanded a paid return for refund at 59 days after purchase. We refused because the request was after the 30 day 'return for no reason' period. We agreed that if the item was faulty we would accept it back under warranty. The customer then started threatening us with Paypal case / chargeback / social media retaliation if we didn't comply with their request. In an attempt to come to an amicable resolution we agreed that if the customer returned the item in good condition we would refund in full. The customer refused and would not return the item. This made us suspect it was an scam attempt where they would force a refund and keep the item. Eventually Paypal settled the case by forcing the customer to return the item for a refund. The customer vented as you can read here. The item was not faulty when tested on return.

Absolutely amazing service

Absolutely amazing service. At first I bought one Zidoo ZX-9 for my home and then I loved it so much that I got one for my parents' home theatre setup!
