1st time customer - great service
As a 1st time customer, first impressions of a new purchase are important. The website, although not the most amazing, is precise and straight to the point. I did my research and felt the Zidoo Z9X was the right product for me. Purchasing was very easy and everything was neatly presented and no issues entering delivery and payment details.
Item arrived 2 days after purchase. Packaging was well protected and the product package itself is really good. Yes it isn't cheap compared to other similar items on the market but you get what you pay for and the Zidoo is well supported and well known in the streaming AV world so it's a reliable product.
It comes with a 24 month warranty as well which is good (hopefully won't need it).
So in conclusion I'm very impressed with Futeko so far.

The product I ordered was a miracast dongle. it arrived next day and after a couple of emails to futeko (very helpful replys) i got it working perfectly with my galaxy 4.
Fast delivery and good product
Ordered the Measy Aw2ii miracast dongle and it arrived 2 days after ordering with free delivery. The dongle works better than other similar products i've tried without antenna.

I order a Android box from futeko a few weeks before Christmas and it arrived all packaged perfectly only 5 days later. Very impressive fast delivery. I had a few questions about installing apps so emailed the email on the site and got a fast and friendly answer. Overall I am very happy.

Looking at these reviews he's still getting away with what he pulled on me!
Had to remove my review after [name removed] ( well, that's the western name he went by then) deliberately withheld my money and required me to remove it before refunding me. I then didn't bother to redo the review, although I kept the e-mails to remind me to beware Futeko in the future.
However, I've been prompted to review again as I see he is still getting up the same tricks with other customers despite me being 'the only unsatisfied customer he'd ever had' .
Shame as there are probably a few good entrepreneurs around but this experience has made me think twice and I tend to get better value and less hassle sticking to the bigger players now.
Ebay feedback means nothing, you realise that you can cheat the eBay system through low price purchases etc to artificially alter your score and dissatisfied customers receiving forced paypal refunds can't leave feedback once the transaction is nullified so of course there's less negative feedback for him on there.
At least I know my poor experience wasn't isolated, although I do feel for anyone unlucky enough to have suffered at the hands of Futeko's petulant customer service.
I understand that [name removed] has immediately requested the review be pulled due to missing proof of purchase (so much for someone that doesn't even like trustpilot. I'll save the review text and email my receipt to trustpilot if that helps?

I didn't wait until now, you made me remove my original review as you blackmailed me in order to receive my refund! I didn't repost it immediately as you asked I give you the benefit of the doubt. I did. You failed to improve! Your comments here demonstrate it, and I find it an interesting diversion to observe how your responses and claimed the world it out to get you and how good you are on other forums etc (i googled you and these reviews on trustpilot are actually your best ones!) :) . Until you realise you simply can't be as you are and provide poor and in some cases possibly even criminal service such as blackmailing to withhold refund without just cause, then you'll probably still get the 'few' reviewers who don't want others to suffer as they have!
Well top be fair [name removed], I DID have to send Trustpilot full evidence via all of the nasty emails and bribes as evidence before they would even host the review, and as you recall, it was you who blackmailed me to remove my original review otherwise you'd still be withholding my refund now, in contradiction of the UK's distance selling regulations!
Whilst I wish all entrepreneurs the best in their endeavors, your denial and claims of false reviews are an indication that you continue to trade as you did when I purchased from you, with bullying tactics and false claims that poor reviews are biased and from non-customers. I guess from your continued attitude as I bought from you in 2011 and you are still doing the same thing now to customers you'll never really change to being a fair person to deal with, but I do give credit where credit's due, and am glad I kept a folder with all of your wonderful email responses in it after all!
I'm as surprised as the next person to find that Trustpilot is actually impossible to leave a false negative review in as the business owner has total veto unless evidence can be provided, hence why the false positive from the original reviewer was retained!
And eBay % aren't representative as you can ransom people for feedback. Your ebay business and futeko are 2 separate entities. At least we agree on 1 thing, DPD are a good delivery service and Yodel are pretty poor in general!

Good communication but poor service
I returned a product because it did not do what it was described to do. The response from Futeko.com was "Not performing to your expectations and being faulty are different things. The A2W is a cheap device which does lot's of things very well". My argument was that it did not perform *** as described ***. The device is meant to be HDMI approved but DOES NOT play HDMI content properly. To this end, the item is not as described and I am legally within my right to take this case further under the Sales of Goods Act 1979, all goods sold must be as described. In this instance, it is not worth my time to pursue and will simply reflect my experiences and warn others to stay clear of this rogue trader. I was at least refunded the original purchase price but refused the return shipping cost meaning the whole order and return process cost me almost 25% of the original cost. I strongly suggest paying that bit more and shopping elsewhere where you can be assured of a streamline return process.

Initial review:
I bought a cheap tablet from them as I only wanted to use it for watching movies or listening to podcasts in the gym or on planes. The volume level was so poor it would have been useless on a plane. I emailed the address given for refunds and was told "it's the same level as other tablets." It's not. I sent the item back on the 6th December, received on the 8th. It says they take 4 days to process. On the 20th December, 12 days later (still no refund) I received an email telling me my replacement tablet was in the post! I didn't ask for this.

After I posted the above review Steve at Futeko (it's a one-man band) tried to cover up the situation and reported my review as fake claiming I had not bought the item and I had to send proof to Trustpilot that I actually had.
He is now completely ignoring me. A MONTH LATER AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. My only option is to proceed through small claims.

Trustpilot requires proof of purchase, as Steve aka Futeko will remember having flagged my review as fictitious. Regarding ebay ratings, clearly those rating are from people who have rated before having to return a faulty item. I eventually received my refund after proceeding with legal action. Again I must stress AVOID THIS COMPANY - they tried to rob me.
