We have been using Futrli now at William Buck for approximately 2 years. What the software has allowed us to do with clients especially those on the cloud is amazing in relation to forecasting and reports which can be produced.

What has really impressed us is the service that the FUTRLI team provide from our relationship manager Josie to the support team. MASSIVE shoutout to JAY from the support team who virtually responds to any issues in real time (he is very well know around the William Buck Office)

I've been working with Futrli for roughly 2 years now. The team have been a HUGE support in particular the awesome Josie and Stuart who've helped me out a lot along the way.

Futrli has enabled us to create fast 3 way forecasts and KPI's for clients of all sizes across a range of industries. Its been incredible to see the change in conversation our advisers are having with their clients, with real time data at their finger tips, in a way our clients are more comfortable analyzing.

This would have to be one of the best pieces of software that I've had the pleasure to use. It's groundbreaking technology, customisable and user friendly, it compliments all the other machine learning & AI software that we use in the office. At first it seemed a bit daunting however my training managers have been patient and guided me through the whole training process. I've just started client demos and they have commented on my enthusiasm for the product; but they can also see how valuable this software tool will be in helping them to run their business and identify areas that need attention. Thanks to everyone at Futrli - Sophie,Paul, Jay and other live chat support teams.

I think this service is cool and I’d really like to add it to my practice. I’ve tried working with these people several times and it’s always a huge ordeal. They’re not focused on serving their customers.

The first time I looked at it their sales guy couldn’t show me how it would work. It seemed like he didn’t know how to use the platform. There’s complaints all over social media about the same thing from other accountants. They just tell you to buy the program and go through their training. Apparently it’s so complicated they can’t show this in a screen share? Or maybe it’s too complicated for their sales people to learn properly?

I was concerned that it would take a long time to get set up because of the complaints I’ve heard from others — and I’d be paying for a software that wasn’t up and running. Seems like once it is setup the software works well but a lot of people drop out before the software is setup.

Now I’m back again trying to test it out and I can’t get an accountant account without having at least 20 clients and paying $350 / mon. They used to offer a smaller starter package.

This time when I reached out I’m on a deadline for a customer. I didn’t hear back. They’re all based in the UK and don’t respond to emails quickly even during their business hrs. On top of that the tone was completely unhelpful. Apparently they don’t want my money. It’s sad that they are so out of touch with customers that I have post here to get real help.

We are an Auckland NZ based accounting and business advisory business. We do a reasonable amount of due diligence work and had been looking around for a really good tool for 3 way financial forecasting. We found this in Futrli. Excellent on line assistance helped us get to grips with this and we can now talk to our clients using lovely graphs and numbers. The graphs give the picture really well for those clients that don't really get the numbers easily. Really like the product and the team at Futrli are very helpful.

I have been signed up to Futrli for three months and I have learned all the tricks and tips from Sam who has been a great help.

I have one client that is providing all of my learning experience to date and it has worked out very well.

I am looking forward to adding more clients and maximising the potential of the Futrli software.

I have been working with Futrli for the past 12 months and have transformed my business. We take pride in the fact that we have ditched the traditional role of a bookkeeper and become a business advisor to our clients. I have monthly catchups with my partner manager, which I really enjoy. Sophie has helped me scope out my advisory service and held me accountable to my own business goals.

I have recently had a great experience with Futurli.

I run a Virtual CFO company, and we provide Value-adding services as well as book-keeping for our clients. One of the things the team had trouble with was the continual update of dashboards and forecasts in excel, plus the manual nature of consolidating outside the financial system.

Our value proposition is above transactional book-keeping and data entry, so we really required this to be as automated as possible, while also being clearly understood. Futurli has given us this capability now. I have researched and used quite a number of pieces of software, but this is the first time I am really comfortable to use this and provide my clients direct access to it.

Josie has been amazing in assisting me with her wealth of knowledge and either walking me through it, brainstorming, or just pointing me in the right direction when I got stuck. I haven't had a problem I couldn't solve here yet, and am keen to get my entire staff through the full certification.

I have been able to show my clients metrics such as staff profitability with allocated HO costs applied, breakeven points at divisional and staff levels, product profitability etc.

I recommend investing the time and effort into getting across the full capability of this. Nothing to lose.

Found everyone at Futrli very helpful from getting signed up with Jon Oakley and then the to implementation stage with Sam Skae.

The software is great and is very logical making it effortless to navigate around and create your own reports.

Really looking forward to the feedback we get from our clients, I'm sure they'll love it

I did a lot of research into which of the many software providers would most help us help our clients understand their finances and finally settled on Futrli due to it's ability to look back on performance as well as forwards to forecasts.

Previously we produced our monthly reports using spreadsheets, they were visual, but nothing like what Futrli has allowed us to do.

As well as having great feedback from our clients, we're also getting great feedback from our clients' business advisers who are impressed by what we're able to provide, and that's resulting in referrals and new business. We're also now able to offer a service which really stands out from the competition and which we can charge more for due to the additional value we're adding for our clients.

The onboarding process has also been fantastic with a huge amount of support from Andrew McFarlane in particular who has talked me through every feature of Futrli. There's also a comprehensive suite of training videos if you need to go back for a refresher.

We also had a poor experience with Crunchboards and were very reluctant to get involved again. Everything was overly complicated and hard work. Martin Bissett recommended we have another look at Accountex and I decided to give it a go.
Its been a completely different experience this time with Andrew McFarlane. The web learning is excellent and in bite size chunks which make it easier to navigate. Andrew was on hand to sort out all of the problems I encountered on the way to advisory certification and I am now beginning the roll out to our clients with guidance from Andrew Slater.

We initially started using back in 2017, however found there was no support and after 6 months of hearing from nobody to see how we were getting on, so was very wary of testing them out again, however a quick chat at Xerocon seemed to make all the difference. Under the excellent guidance of Andrew McFarlane we now have a regular contact who takes us each step of the platform and, using our own client data, helps to build the reports, alerts and forecasts which are will be genuinely useful to our clients.

We have not rolled out to all clients yet, however I feel confident our clients will love the look of the reports and the ease of seeing their data much more clearly than simply a line of numbers.

Having seen Futrli at Xerocon we knew as a firm we needed something to improve our efficiencies when preparing reports and already using 'real time' data through Xero, Futrli was the perfect fit.

From the outset the guys have been great, from James who was our first call, to Andrew who has been showing us the time saving features with reporting.

We are just getting started and can't wait to get these reports over to the clients!

My experience with Futrli the last few months has been fantastic. The reporting is amazing, and the seamless integration with Xero makes it a no-brainer for our business. Once the initial setup is complete, the monthly reporting is semi-automated but no less impressive.

The support team are on top of their product, as well as being quick to respond to our queries.

As a chap with grey hair and hopefully grey matter I am exploring the use and introduction of Futrli into a practice.

The help given over web meetings is fantastic: practical and patient.

The scope of use is amazing and to ensure you don't go off trying to reinvent the wheel there is an induction training plan called certification. This starts with basics and develops an understanding such that the best is gleaned from web meetings but more particularly a strategic path to practice success is introduced by example.
This is the way forward out of Compliance in the MTD age.

It is a hugely comprehensive tool and intuitively effort will bring great reward.
