Great application which has revolutionised the quality of the reporting I can offer my clients. Best of all? The clients absolutely love it and it has helped me increase my fees to one client by almost 3x just recently. It's a total game changer if you want to deliver professional, fast and accurate forecasting/reporting to your clients.

Fab piece of kit which fits into our outsourced finance department service perfectly - in particular the long term forecasting feature. The white label option is a great bonus too.

The presentation of material and the forecasting is exceptional. I tried a handful of forecasting software before finding futrli and it is by far the best. The dashboards we create with Futrli are great and always impresses new users. I do get sync issues every couple months between QBO and Futrli. This may very well be on the side of QBO, but it does cause some hair pulling as we rely heavily on Futrli.

Great software that links in with Xero saving lots of time copying financial data into financial reports.

We use Futrli to deliver best in class management information to our clients, making use of the dashboards and board pack tools.

Great to be working with Furtli. The team are incredibly helpful and supportive, from Sam who is supporting us with our roll out to the support team in Matthew and Nathan et al who really cannot do more to keep us going. Great product - it has made my life much easier, as an accountant, in being able to provide clients with access to up to date performance dashboards, cashflow forecasts, medium and long term projections. Postives: Overall, I've found Futrli's product to big a huge help. I had been looking to add an analytics platform for about five months, and had looks at everything from Looker (~$60k/year), to Tableu, and Microsoft BI (starting at $10/month). All of these platforms would have required a significant learning curve and a custom build out.

When I came across Futrli, it seems like a great way to add the beautiful dashboards that I wanted, but with a drag/drop feature that would dramatically speed up the creation of my dashboards. The ability to add unlimited users, as well as create custom reports was a huge help! I'd suggest anyone who is in a similar position to give Futrli a long look.

Negatives: There is no Quickbooks Desktop integration and the instructions for importing transactions from a spreadsheet via CSV does not translate to Quickbooks Desktop. I had to manually create my own spreadsheet, which involved exporting multiple trial balances from QBD and then adding formulas/additional tabs in order to create a CSV that would comply with Futrli's import procedures. If a majority of your client's are on QBD, I would not recommend Futrli. It was a disappointing that I had to find this on my own after purchase.

They also do not currently integrate with GoogleSheets (they should remove the GoogleSheets icon from their homepage). This is an issue bc I have a lot of data via Zapier that syncs my client's e-comm sales in into GoogleSheets in real-time. I'd love to be able to import this data onto a dashboard to give my client's a robust, real-time feel for their data, and hopefully they'll add this in the future.

Summary: Futrli is a 8/10 product. I still use it regularly and it helps my business have a more polished feel. They have recently secured a new round of funding, so it's my belief that they'll continue to polish their already great product into an even more dynamic platform.

Andrew (on-boarding technical specialist) was also a huge help when it came to understanding their product. 10/10 for customer service.

Futrli has been a revolution for my business. The forecasting tool has given me more confidence in the cashflow forecasts that I prepare and makes it easy to update/ alter figures as circumstances change as well as saving so much time constructing professional looking reports for clients.

The initial training with my implementation manager Andrew McFarlane focused on actually using the software rather than classroom style examples so that it felt like working with a colleague rather than a trainer and no time was lost from my working day. I have found Futrli to be intuitive and user friendly. Because it links so easily with Xero it has been easy to compare the forecast I was creating with year to date actuals which speeded things up.

After the initial training Andrew and his colleagues have stayed in touch, offering additional strategies to improve my forecasting, reporting and support as I continue to bring my other clients forecasts into Futrli. This was way more than I had expected from the subscription model.

I definitely recommend Futrli.

Futrli is a really clever way of using your accounting data to help you plan for the future and report to your clients in a snazzy and informative way how their business is performing. My account manager is brilliant and very supportive.

Sam and Nick have both been excellent on the implementation of my Futrli account. Software is very easy to use and much better than spotlight. Highly recommend the software and the excellent support that you receive.
