Overnight charges

According to our Customer Agreement (https://fxopen.com/en/policy/), all positions that remain open at 23:59:30 Trading Platform Time (Server Time) are subject to rollover. The swap is calculated and applied to the customer's account between 23:59:00 and 00:05:00 during this time period, determined at the Company's discretion.
If a trader closes a position within the same day, no swap charges will apply. However, if the position is held overnight and closed the next day or later, swap charges will be incurred.

I can say that it is one of the best companies I have ever worked with, as far as I can see, you may have transportation problems after working hours in the live chat section (if you live in a different country). Apart from that, prices commission rates are a very successful company in terms of depositing and withdrawing money.

Fxopen will Frustrate Your Forex Trading Journey
Please, I don't recommend this fxopen to any trader.
I passed the No Deposit Bonus trading challenge and immediately they asked me for Gradt 2 Verification which I have already done even before claiming the $10.
For more than a month now I have submitted every necessary documents these guys keep rejecting my documents. And later on they sent a message that if I don't verify my account that it will be blocked.
Moreover, withdrawals are not processed on weekends.
Please guys run away feom these guys or else you may never access your funds for life.

Criminal $60 withdrawal fee
They offered $15 in rewards to write a positive review in TradingView, I took the offer and decided to give them a try.
I deposited BTC and was charged a 0.0003 BTC deposit fee ($13 at current rates on top of the blockchain fee) when I complained and tried to withdraw they removed my second verification grade and retained my funds for almost a week asking for more documents to regain the 2nd verification grade.
When my withdrawal was finally approved I was charged $60! (0.001 BTC) that's thievery, if you check the blockchain transaction ID, it costed them $2, so they overcharged 30X the fee 😡
They simply ignored the ticket ID 138651 and pocketed $71 for doing nothing

Regarding your verification grade, this is a standard procedure, and according to our rules and requirements, updated documents are necessary to ensure secure transactions. Since you were originally verified back in 2015, updated documents were requested.
Finally, all commission charges are displayed on the screen in the Client Portal when you are making a deposit or withdrawal. The commission charges, where applicable, are fixed for any amount and are the same for all clients. It’s important to note that within the companies operating under the FXOpen brand, each entity has its own set of deposit and withdrawal methods, with many of them being commission-free.

So far I've had a wonderful trading experience with fxopen, especially with the tick trader and low spread. Commission is ok, but $10 withdrawwal fee is just too outrageous...I shouldnt pay for commission, swap, and then pay $10 to withdraw my funds.

Ptroblem for KYC verification 2
I was an exisiting client and already mafe a several withdrawal and has been verified 2.
When I make a withdrawal this time, my account was degraded to verifed 1. Meaning, I have to do the KYC process again.
I had submitted my KYC and the ID and photos was accepted and the selfie was rejected because of quality. When I make a request again, the KYC has to repeat agan and all was rejected despite of the previous ID and was accepted.Several repeatition of KYC and was rejected.
It seems that they are holding my withdrawal.
Fortunately I did not make a large deposit otherwise I cannot withdraw my money.
Not recommended FX trading broker and avoid opening an account on tnis broker.

100% reliable and trustworthy company
I have been using FXOpen for many years now. All trades are executed with very little spread (compared to most other brokers) and in over 2,000 trades not one has had any type of issue. Also withdrawals are completed very quickly. I highly recommend FXOpen.
