The latest news increase the leverage is a good one, i think FXOpen now constantly make services more effective for their clients which is very good news.

My account had automatic - instant crypto withdrawal, and they decided to disable it after 4 years of trading with them. I requested 2 times to re-enable. And they say you need to have all the requirements of automatic withdrawal to be done/valid. I replied that it was valid. Then they reply with a nonsense answer because I cornered them with my valid answer.

After 4 years, I thought to re-investigate them again to see what updates might affect me, especially after these last incidents. And the discoveries are horrible.

* they are not regulated internationally
* they don’t offer international clients Negative balance protection
* they don’t offer international client Client money protection

You can visit their page to read all these claims before they change it or remove it. (I did take screenshots)

So I put my head at peace and opened another broker that offered instant crypto withdrawal without giving me a headache and nonsense talk. so relieved!!

Summary: Scam broker stay away (at least they become one at somepoint)

1.God you're finance team are liars if only TrustPilot enable Screenshots i would have uploaded all my email exchanges with you, i requested to RE-ENABLE back instant withdrawing not the opposite!!
2.You mentioned after 30 days you can withdraw to any method regardless of the deposit method and i have by far exceeded 30 days to half a year already. Pointless talk with you. You always contradict yourself!!

I have been cooperating with this broker for more than 10 years. During this time there were no complaints. Trades work perfectly, no slippage detected. They withdraw profits very quickly. So I advise everyone to trade with this broker.

Fxopen Australia customer service is very bad, I opened an account since 2 weeks ago and still waiting them to approve my Grade 2 verification, I did more than 10 tickets and no answer till now

Worst broker ever. Constantly timing out while trading. I've missed so many trades because of them. This has been going on for months. I don't understand how they can operate. They are down during the busiest trading time, New York.

It is a great broker, with good regulation, never had an issue making deposits or withdrawals. The most it takes for withdrawals is 1 week. They do not harass you with emails or messages on trading ideas or seminars or things like that but they do send you information to be aware of changes or promos or some information regarding markets but not harassing you. It is one of the best brokers.
