Great value! I've bout a few laptops from them now, and keep coming back. Every one I've bought has been absolutely mint, impossible to tell from brand new. Also worth mentioning, when I had a problem with one of the laptops, the guys were helpful and sorted the issue quickly with no fuss.

Next day delivery on a very clean refurbished business laptop that looks and runs as if its brand new, and a 12 month warranty for peace of mind. The 12 month anti virus software was an unexpected bonus. I thoroughly recommend this seller.

Ordered a refurbished Dell Alienware 3420DW from FYL Direct from UK to Germany. The transaction was done within a week, including the handling of the VAT fees required for import by the parcel service. The box had a little used look, but doesn't bother me, as long as the transport is safe and the goods are ok. I received the monitor in good condition for an affordable price in a smooth transaction. Gaming monitor was well packaged and FYL kept me informed on the picking and despatch process all the way through; the Monitor delivered exactly on time! This review would’ve been full 5 stars but One star deducted because the monitor didn’t have any set up instructions, however you can find them easily and quickly on the manufacturer’s website. All in all, very very good I would happily use them again and equally happy to recommend.

Excellent customer service
Easy to get quote for laptop which was best offer compared to similar sites. Easy to use. There was a slight delay after I accepted the quote but when I chased it up the customer service from then on was excellent. Helpful and speedy replies. Thanks Sam! Laptop collected from my work address so not inconvenienced. Collection was efficient and I was paid just a few days later. Would definitely recommend
