I had no problems using it

I was setting up a 7dtd server for a previously popular mod. I tried alone and was getting no where. After 4 days of failure I reached out to support and they helped me find the problem and helped me get it up and running. Kudos to the support team! Shout out to

The servers available are awesome, new games are always being added. The pricing can be a bit higher than some but usually it is based on usage at G-Portal.
I run Conan Exiles and love the service, never had any real issues in 3 years. Highly recommended.Reliability is top of its class.

had an issue with mods on my ark server made a ticket and support was very timely and friendly and fixed the issue very quickly

Best servers and services I had to deal with

Support was speedy in response and assisted each step with an understanding of what areas to troubleshoot and ways of possible fixes.

Don't really know what to type as everything in my experience just works and those VERY few occasions I've ever needed to reach out to CS because of issues I couldn't solve or just for questions not in their wiki they have always been quick with a response (Hallmark of Gportal in my opinion)

Though there seems to be a general consensus online (looking on reviews here and there on the internet) that while they are quick on responses it's often "no-answer" answers.

This however has not been my experience at all through the years I've been using Gportal.

Customer support was able to assist in resolving server problems very quickly and followed up after the problem as well.

I have used them, on/off, since launch of Conan Exiles and I have always been satisfied with them.
*on/off because I don't always play games that need a rented server

+ servers rented as a "GameCloud" of N player slots - you can have multiple games in the same cloud or flexibly transfer the full server load into a single game (i.e. 8 slots total for Abiotic Factor with 4 players max and Vintage Story with 4 players max or just ARK with 8 players)

- server usage data / players logged in does not match actual situation
- inexplicable heavy server lag at times

Work's very well with my group and the mods we use for minecraft, no issues at all for us.

nothing to complain about, when i had an issue with lag in palworld the customer support let me know what setting caused it.

Great service, good price, amazing support, good game selection and connection speeds.

Very helpful support when ever i run into a problem they are happy to help and to keep the server running also there site is very easybto get used to which make it great for doing changes or adding things to your server.

I have used G-Portal for a few years with a couple of servers (only one active at a time) and only had one day when I couldn't log on as the server and website was down.

I'd recommend G-Portal to anyone, its easier than hosting at home and you have most of the settings easily accessable.
