Scammers, i sold a key for game. I purchased the key directly from the Publisher.

You guys telling me the key doesnt work and refunding the money without watching the time on the screenshots the buyer send you?

Im not going to sell anymore keys to scammers.

I have bought a couple of games with g2play before and the experience was great. Games delivered right away and working keys. This time I had an issue with one key that was not valid. Created a ticket (if they take a bit longer use live chat and link your ticket) and they solved the issue right away giving my money back to the wallet.
I do recommend their website.

Bought the wrong keys but the Customer Support helped me out perfectly.

So I was going to buy 2 expansions for a game, and found later out that I couldn't use the keys on my specific account. I didn't buy any "buyers protection", because I was too fast regarding payment.
I later contacted the Customer Support with no hopes, since I didn't got any "buyers protection", but was met by the best service. The supporter helped me out of my situation, and explained to me what they could do. It didn't take long time from there, and till I got a refund of the 2 products. GREAT SERVICE, I will DEFINITELY be buying there again.

Know this site for a long time, may be.. 2-3 years.

Spent around 1000$ on them, Have only one problem about the key. However the support is very friendly. Response in ~1 day.
Received full refund in 2-3 days after reported.

I should give this 4 stars because support response is a quite long. But they are friendly, That's why i give 5 stars LOL.

Their staff was very helpful and responsive when I had a problem with one of my orders.

I have shopped with G2Play for years now and have bought over 300 titles, I've had 4 or 5 duplicate keys but G2Play have always resolved my issues in a professional and timely manner. I recommend G2Play to anyone I speak to, it's a no brainer really 100% service and massively discounted games.

Was over at friend's house for spring break and decided to purchase a game off of this piece of absolute abomination. After the purchase was made, it was considered BANNED, why? because my friend had previously registered an account and because we had the same IP, they thought I was shadow-accounting or some s***. Eh, there goes my money. Stear clear brothers, save yourself the trouble, they have no live representatives so good luck having a "live chat."

TLDR;? Their system is a piece of flawed garbage

Fast order completion and key delivery. Keys are working perfectly so far. Once i activated several keys on steam on mobile browser and i had an error with a game key. But when i got home it worked perfectly. So i can safely recommend it!

Paid the item never sent it, after 2 months i am chasing these guys to got my money back.
