Experienced and helpful consultants
They have very experienced, supportive and helpful consultants. They try to sell the product that we really need. Not more than that. They have a lot of experience on safety. So they can direct to the right solution and devices. We've been using the solution for about 1 week and we're very happy with that.

Very satisfactory solution, but big room for process improvment…
G4S provide very satisfactory security solution, their customer service is very good. however the main challenge is to get things going in the right track and the very lengthy response time. so I think it's such a big company with many departments that the internal coordination and process are in need of review and enhancement. The customer satisfaction is negatively impacted by their internal process not by the actual service and solution they provide.

THE WORST SERVICE COMPANY I'VE ENCOUNTERED
THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. They are impossible to reach by phone, huge waiting lines!! When their call back facility finally activates after 10 mins on the waiting line, they do NOT call back!!! They do not answer my mails. I want their crap removed from my walls to use another security system and I cannot get hold of them. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH G4S. You can do far better. It's cheap, perhaps, but it is not worth it. in NO way. They are utter crap. Over rationalized. Horrible service.
