Fed Up

Honestly, the worst customer service to have an alarm uninstalled. I've filled in the online form multiple times and have tried to call but can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Beyond fed up :(

NEVER GO to G4S. if you are a private…

NEVER GO to G4S if you are a private customer, IT'S a ROBBERY. I had a super bad experience with G4s. they came up with an offer stating its a campaign that there are no upfront Equipment cost but only installation and convinced me to do that on same day otherwise its not valid.
Equipment cost: 5500Kr(Which is 0 that time)
Installation:7200Kr.
i thought installation is going to be critical and they are charging more. The guy who has installed have no idea to position the equipment and asked the location of each but not recommended where to place for good results. Smoke alarm placed closed to wall but not given any recommendation THAT IT NEEDS TO BE SOME DISTANCE FROM WALL DURING INCIDENTS. He took the details about installation where to and did the installaiton of almost 10 contacts, 2 smokealarm and 2 camera inside house which is done not more than 40 mins. WHAT???? for 7200KR.???

i was completely unhappy and gone with Verisure. the next day VERISURE visited and shown the recommendation where to be installed and others. then i decided to move verisure as i am in cooling period. After couple of days, i got a call from G4s, that i need to pay unauthorised removal fee of 1500kr. which they took almost a month to pickup and still the keybox is lying at my house where they dont have time to dismantle. and been told the installation fee is not included in the cooling period and i need to bear 7200KR. and asked to remove verisure where they dont charge you installation cost during cooling period.
The most surprising about installation they cant spend a Screw Fixers to install the equipment and you need to spend 7200 for it.
The sales guys starts to negotiate then to match the price of Verisure and its not the price. later they start to threaten that i need to pay this installation fee and unauthorised removal. if i continue using they can fix it again without that charge. so they put the words ina sense to bind the customers and not to retain the customer.

I moved out of G4s just in 1 day after the acceptance is bad installation, hectic charges, irresponsive team and hidden bindings. for that i have paid 8700Kr. in total. STRATEGIC ROBBERIES

I apologize for the experience you had regarding your subscription. I can how ever see, that you've been in contact with our customer support, and that the subscription has been cancelled. The installation price still needs to be paid even though you've chosen to cancel the subscription, since the alarm was installed and time was used on that.

If the alarm was removed and taken down unauthorised, its correctly that a fee needs to be paid, since we can't make sure that it was taken down correctly and hasn't been harmed doing so. It's correct if you wish to continue with your subscription, you of course don't have to pay for unauthorised removal.

Once again I apologize for your experience, and if you should wish so in the future, you're of course always welcome back to G4S.

Professional and competitive

Pleasant and not too eager salesperson. Very competitive price and finally trustworthy, competent and thorough installation-staff.
Only area which is mediocre is the app which has nice, fresh feel but some functionality does not work optimum and is not super intuitive.
Very much recommend G4S.

WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!!!

G4S has the most ridiculous Customer Service! I waited almost FIFTEEN minutes for a customer service executive to come to the phone. He said his name was Ole. After that, when I asked him to hold for 30 seconds, he said: I have to talk to someone else. And he HUNG UP!!!
As a Customer Service trainer, I am still in shock!!
