Good communication. Good product. Nicely packaged. Slow delivery before christmas this was to do with royal mail and not Gadgetbox though.

Easy to use website, help on hand if needed, item despatched next day - arrived two days later - wonderful!

This was the first time i had used gadgetbox. I needed replecement parts for my rc helicopter. everything was so easy from registring a account then to ordering the parts needed also because the order was over £20 got free delivery. The speed of the order being dispatched was excellent also the way the parts were packaged was excellent with fragile attached to the box. The delivery arrived 2 days after I sent for the parts all in all excellent service 10 out of 10 will be using gadgetbox again. Also was informed by email my order hsd been received and then gain when it was dispatched and then again to allow me to track my order well done all at gadgetbox Ian Wigan UK

Found the company by google search and as i was impressed by their prices but hadn't used them before I decided to give them a ring.
Having spoke to someone real I placed order,
the site was good clear and easy then i waited. item was delivered on time in pristine condition and as it's a present I hope will be OK on the day But if it's not I have no doubt Gadgetbox would sort it out.

I ordered one GadgetBox mini moto, it was on a special offer so i got £50 off!! 2 day delivery and got delivered at 9 AM!

fast easy assembly, and what is good to know that if any parts are needed you can order them straight from their webpage.

Will defiantly be using GadgetBox again :)

apart from the mini moto i bought being damaged by the delivery driver everything else was fine. they sent me out a replacement part straight away and at no extra cost to myself. will definitely use again.

we recieved my son's sparking scooter in perfect condition within a couple of days of ordering on line....it was the cheapest on the high street and on line and we were very pleased. Would use them again and without a second thought!

Clear information on each product, clear information on my order and prompt delivery. All good.

It's a present so I've yet to see how well the copter will fly

great price ten pound cheaper than anywhere else on the web and free delivery you can,t beat that ,and tracked orders as well,arrived 2 days later,my lad will be pleased at christmas,many thanks.

Gadgetbox offered the pitbike I was interested in at a very competitive price with no hidden costs to add on at the end,VAT and delivery were all included in the price I saw advertised.It was delivered in 3 days of ordering all hassle free, the delivery driver called me the day before to tell me when to expect it. Overall a very stress free and smooth transaction. I will be using again.

The only thing I would have liked was to receive an e mail to say the item had been despatched and payment was received, however the item was delivered to me within a couple of days so |I was very happy with this in the end. Thankyou. Website was easy to use and good choice.
