My order arrived very quickly (to Ireland), in mint condition and in perfect working order. A real pleasure to do business with!

Prompt despatch of goods with great prices. Website well worth a trawl through for some unusual items. Free delivery for goods over £20 was a bonus.

Compared to other online sites, the prices were good (not the cheapest, but shipping rate included, it was one of the best).
And the shipping was fast, got it the friday, even though I'd have it by thursday if my local post was better.
BUT one of the two products I got wasn't working. I'll wait and see how they resolve that...

EDIT : Perfect customer service, they sent one new back, and it's working perfect.

Amazing, quality product. This is the first R/C helicopter i've bought and was amazed at how easy it was to control in the air, right from the start. The bright LED's are a really nice touch as well for some night time flying. I highly recommend this company ++++++++++.

Bought a remote for my son it was damaged at first depot instead of sending it to me it was returned to gadget box and a new one send out no fuss no bother many thanks

Great service, product arrived safely and undamaged but internal polystyrene packaging was badly damaged and display box not in great condition - shame as it is for a present

The whole experience was not a chore and the item was delivered the next day. The only point which prevented me giving 5 stars was the fact the item I bought was a present and when it arrived the actual box was crushed in one corner but the item itself was undamaged this was the postal service rather than the supplier.

Couldn't have asked for better service from a company. It was fatastic to actually recieve what was told to you from the web site, this was the exact delivery day, and on the saqid day there were your products. All were well packaged and all in perfect order when undone. Will be recommending to friends that are radio controlled users. Thank you GadgetBox. My experience with GadgetBox will definately not be the last and they deserve 5 stars.

good value for money

We made our order on The Sunday night and the quad was here on Tuesday!! We had saw the quad cheaper on another website, who had poor poor reviews and then I noticed Gadget Box.. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.. our wee one will be over the moon on Christmas Day... Thanks Again :)

I quickly found the 3 items on their well laid out website, ordered and paid using paypal. The package arrived within 48 hours intact and well packaged. I will use this company again.
