Bought some ear pods, they weren’t the correct ones so they said send them back and we will refund me.
Confirmed they had received but wouldn’t give me a refund.
I emailed them dozens of times, they wouldn’t reply.

They're sending fake products, don't buy. Action Fraud has been reported. Trading Standards has been notified and they're looking into the matter. Small Claims Court next week :)

Fake products don’t even bother.

Scammers. Misleading site that sells blatantly look to pass of tech as Apple products - that are def not Apple products. Ask for refund, you can try but you won't get any reply. Avoid.

They sold my partner “AirPods” that were supposedly within warranty. I took them to an Apple Store to get serviced and was told they were fake.

The address I’ve been given to return them to in Romford, only has one business that could be related to this company and that is shut down.

They’re selling fakes.

- really bad cursed AirPods where the AirPods are FAKE and they didn’t state this and it connects to ur phone even when both are in the AirPod case

Counterfeit airpods: bought what was advertised as refurbished Airpod Gen2s and instead received a knockoff version.

Sold me fake refurbished air pods and did not mention on website. Once item returned waited over two weeks for a refund and had to ask the bank to refund me. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered Apple EarPods from this company. Counterfeit items arrived. When I contacted them they asked me to return them for a full refund, which I did. Weeks passed without refund, when I contacted them they asked for proof of delivery which I supplied. Still no refund. Have contacted them many times and no refund, no response. Absolute bunch of thieves!! Can’t believe they’re still allowed to trade. Have reported to Trading Standards

I don’t recommend buying form them unless you want a poor quality product and headache with returning faulty goods.
I ordered airPods which were faulty and despite sending them back on prepaid posting provided by supplier there is no sign of the refund. Gadgetsbuy don’t communicate well with me regarding the return and I need to chase them regularly to hear that they are keep checking the issue with the warehouse (for last 3 weeks). Avoid

Do not trust this company. I purchased what was advertised as refurbished original Apple AirPods, but received cheap counterfeit versions instead. These fakes are sold on eBay for around £20, yet they charged me £54.

They use Apple’s official promotional images to make the products look genuine, which is completely misleading and deceptive. It’s clear they are trying to trick customers into thinking they’re buying authentic Apple products.

I’ve emailed them five times requesting a return and refund — no reply. The phone number they advertise doesn’t work either, making it impossible to reach anyone. Only after the payment did I realise the company is based in the UAE and the money goes to Dubai.

This is not a legitimate business. It’s a scam operation. Stay well clear.

The 'Apple' Headphones sent to me are not genuine. There are no markings or serial numbers on the product. A serial number does appear on my phone when they are connected, but according to apple this serial number does not exist.

i bought iPod 2 generation from them and they are working good and their customer support is also very good

AirPods were not refurbished Apple AirPods they were a cheap imitation, they don’t do noice cancelling or anything reall - barely just operate as EarPods. Really disappointing and an expensive mistake for cheap rubbish :-(
