Please note that these are replaced with aftermarket Grade A OEM Parts and we can't compare them with brand new as the quality may differ because of the refurbishment process.
If you are looking for flawless quality and performance, we request you to kindly buy brand new Apple Airpods from our website with Apple Warranty, these brand new items start from £240.00. These are refurbished products and that's the reason why they are cheaper than the brand-new ones.
You are still covered with the seller warranty as well as eligible for a full refund but for that, we have to get the item back so that we can raise an investigation with the suppliers. We source thousands of items from different suppliers around the UK so until we get this item back we are unable to recognize the supplier or from which batch it was sold.

Delivery was really rapid.
Delivery was really rapid.
Product was really flimsy with super thin wires and difficult to spin into position ti make the electrical connection.
Ended up throwing it in the bin when the connectors fell out.

Please never buy from this company. After accepting they would give me a refund for a
Faulty product they stopped all contact with me and I had to contact HSBC for a refund dispute and they had to contact Gadgetsbuy to ensure they gave me a refund. Absolutes waste of spaces!!! Do NOT buy from them.

ordered apple airpods that are clearly fake and when I tried to email them to get a refund the email wouldn’t go through so i’ve had to go through the credit card company to try and get a refund. avoid at all costs!!!

No matter what they say to the contrary, this company sells fake counterfeit goods.
I supposedly ordered some APPLE earbuds.
They are not original.
Have returned them and asked for a full refund.
My recommendation would be to not buy from this company if you are looking for genuine products

The service and delivery were good but make sure you are aware of the short time to return for refunds I brought my item as a present fully sealed in plastic wrapping but once ooenenrd there was just a case inside and no sir poss when contacted they asked me to send it back then they would assess the problem but I had to send back at my own expense so not great when I already paid postage on the item to get it here

False advertising - actually fake AirPods
Advertised as refurbished AirPods, but actually fake new ones, and unfortunately bought two pairs. Completely falsely advertised and a complete rip off. Seems to be no way to get a refund (website states no refund if any of the packaging is opened (how are you supposed to check the product without open the packaging?) and if not returned in 3 days. Complete robbery of £100.

Royal Mail delivery discrepancy
After purchasing previously two pairs of very good refurbished Apple pro earbuds, I decided to buy another pair for my daughter’s birthday in January. They were down as delivered by Royal Mail, on a day we weren’t in, (before we had our recent ring doorbell fitted) and the picture they sent me just showed the lady’s hand holding the package and standing outside my house, not a photo of the actual delivery! I checked with Finn at customer services and he said he would lodge an inquiry with Royal mail. After a few emails saying he’s heard nothing off Royal Mail, we are now into April, and still no EarPods! They are now ignoring my last email of two weeks ago , and I can’t get through to them on phone. They should have just replaced them or refunded in my opinion. Very disappointed daughter, and terrible service. Last time purchasing from them.

Horrible Seller
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Gadgetsbuy. I placed an order on Dec 2024, expecting to receive my goods within the promised time frame, but it was redirected with royalmail and I still haven’t received anything. I reached out multiple times to their customer service team, but they’ve been unresponsive, ignoring my calls, offering no real explanation or resolution by email.
It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a product and not have it delivered as promised, especially when you can’t get any helpful communication from the company. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I’m now having to take further steps to get my money back.
Very poor experience all around.
