I have used this site for a few weeks. I'm lucky I have the money to bet, and always enjoy a slots session.

It is very clear that the inducements to play are well exaggerated, and that you will not get a bonus round (as advertised, not what they consider to be a 'bonus') until you're about through your deposit, and then it won't really ever exceed your deposit - so don't expect to take much money out.

I play Rainbow Riches Pick n Mix, Free Spins - plugged as 'if you chose one, you have more chance of winning' - heaven knows how often you get the bonus' when you select more than one option, as they hardly ever appear anyway. Again - morally questionable advertising.

'Free Spins' are advertised as 'up to 900 odd' free spins. You're lucky to ever get any more than initially land on (10, 20 or 30), and I've not had more than 90 on this site - compared to 150 on others. False advertising again.

If you bet £2, you may be lucky - if you bet over (heaven forbid anything over £10) and the wins disappear. Not just a one-off play, always. Bonus' never appear when betting £10 or above, and if they do, you'll be lucky to get 10x your wager.

As I said, I'm fortunate I have the money to play at that level, and I always record my games using a camera after a bad experience a few years back so you have evidence of any inpromptu 'failures'. The random number generator seems alright in terms of awarding 'wins' (which are mainly half the wager - much smaller wins when you bet larger), however, you can predict what will appear on the screen when teased with free spins - I would bet my house on it to be honest, and that's the bit that makes this site so bad. Random isn't random if you can predict what the next spin will show (after a decent win, nothing), or after getting two 'free spins' icons, the one or ones missing will show on your next spin.

The 'teasing' or 'tempting' part is wrong from my perspective, kidding people into believing they may win big.

By all means play what you can afford to lose, but my recommendation is never go larger than £2, and don't expect anything until you've nearly spent up.

Failing that, go to an arcade at the seaside which have £500 win machines - they have much better win ratios and you will see a £500 win off a £1 bet pretty frequently :)

So i was a customer for a good while had some nice wins i deposited 5 quid and it errored anf they took the money from my bank 4 times and didnt credit my account this left me unable to pay a bill when i spoke to them about it they banned me and said i shouldnt be gambling with my last spare fiver. The point i tried to make is i had the 5 pound spare to play with but they took 20 and so they cancelled my account and have not refunded the money total scammers

Wouldn't bother. Another Entain owned site that promo bans you for daring to have a bit of luck. Now promo banned on Gala Casino and Gala Spins as well as Cheeky Bingo and Coral which are also owned by them. The reason I keep getting seems to be I am too lucky as I actually get bonuses with my free spins from the slot tournaments. I'm not the only one as I have come across literally hundreds of others in the bingo chat who have had the same bans and messages. There was nothing wrong with my internet or my signal. The bonus’s on most of the games are poor and if you win a larger one then it immediately takes the lot and some. I have been able to ascertain patterns on the slots and know when a bonus is going to come in on some of the games. This leads me to believe it is not random.
